Could not have gone better. Richard is a very pleasant ,knowledgeable, repair serviceman that responds quickly in a professional quick manner. The icemaker in my refrigerator decided to stop making ice on a Sunday morning. I have used Richard before and gave him a call. He responded on Monday morning was at my house to diagnose the problem on Monday afternoon ,ordered the required part and installed it on Tuesday afternoon! My drink didn't even warm up....I would not hesitate to recommend and use his services in the future....Fred Moglia

The provider happened to be in my area and they came and fixed our fridge withing an hour. Excellent service

It was the second time he was here and he is extremely helpful. He identifies and solves the problem very quickly. He had a reasonable rate. The first time he was here he realized that certain parts and services would be covered by an extended warranty. He had me get the booklet to see if it was covered. It covered in full about $800 with warranty. I was really happy that he was able to come out right away instead of waiting for the service provider that I bought the machines from. It just was so much of a better alternative. I believe he can do the service alot less and prompter service (depending on the warranty).

Richard arrived promptly at the time he was scheduled for. He inquired about what difficulties I was having with my stove and I explained to him the strong odor of gas and the temperature not going above 100 degrees. He immediately explained that a new thermostat was needed and told me the price and what he would do. I confirmed that I wanted the service performed and within 15 minutes Richard had completed the new installation and was done. He showed great regard for my tiled kitchen floor and was very polite,even asking if he could use my kitchen sink to wash his hands when he was done. The service was wonderful, Richard was punctual and professional and I would definitely use this company again and even recommend them to others.

He was able to install a new fixture in a short time and got it back up and running.

We called the service to make an appointment for the work to be done. They were able to schedule the service two days later at a time that was convenient for us. Approximately two hours before the repairman was due to arrive, he phoned us to tell us he could be as much as 45 minutes late due to a job taking longer than he had anticipated. He wanted to know if that timing would still be okay for him to come and do the work. We said it would be, so he kept us on his schedule. As it turned out, he was only about 15 minutes late. He did the work that we ordered and didn't try to sell us on any additional work that we did not request. He was very professional and was able to fix our washing machine, and it has worked perfectly ever since. We will not hesitate to call his company again the next time we have any difficulty with one of our appliances.

I called to see if I could get a repairman to my house to repair our washing machine which had broken down the day before.. We called before 8:00 A.M. expecting to leave a message on an answering machine. The gentleman who answered the phone was very courteous and took the time to let me describe our machine and the problem we were having with it. After hearing the problem and after me telling the gentleman how old our machine was the gentleman advised me that parts for my particular brand of machine were more expensive than parts for other brands and there could be a waiting period if the needed parts were not in stock. He explained that even if the machine were repaired there could be no guarantee that another part would not fail soon after because of the age of the machine. He honestly advised me that repair costs could exceed the value of the machine. Bottom line is that the gentleman took the time to explain everything to me and did not try to take advantage of me.

Rich came and told me what was needed to get my oven working again. I told him I wanted to buy the part on line. He said that was fine but reminded me he could not warranty that part since it wasn't bought through him; it was the normal question about whether I buy it myself but am on my on (like with a mechanic, too), or whether I pay quite a bit more, but then he will come back and change it out if it experiences problems. I decided to buy it myself and take my chances. He came in the time window agreed upon, had it done in ten minutes, and showed that the top and bottom ovens worked fine. He also gave advice on another appliances. He was professional and was pleasant to work with.

The guy was very good! We were very pleased with his service. The gentleman that showed up was just very straight forward and knowledgeable. It ended up being a simple fix for it, but he told my husband, "This is the simple fix, and this is what it is instead of some companies that can make a whole lot more out of something than it needs to be." This gentleman did not do that all, which was really refreshing.

The dishwasher stopped working properly (dishes still dirty when the cycle was over), and then wouldn't turn on at all. Rich has fixed this appliance before -- it's now nine years old. He got it running again by rebooting its computer, but thought perhaps the heating element was kaput as well. Turned out that it was. The control panel plus the heating element, and labor to install, came to $280, and Rich suggested it might be time to think about replacing the dishwasher. But we're thinking about upgrading the kitchen and I didn't want to buy a dishwasher now that might not be what I want in a new kitchen. So Rich came back and fixed the dishwasher. He deducted from his bill the "diagnostic" fee from his first visit. Dishwasher then worked fine. But somehow the hoses didn't get hooked up properly, or the clamps weren't tightened enough (hence the lower grade this time on "quality"), and the dishwasher leaked into the basement (unfinished, fortunately) and soaked the subfloor under my laminate kitchen floor. Rich came back pronto and took care of the leak problem. Unfortunately, the laminate floor suffered permanent damage. Win some, lose some. I'd still call Rich again.

I called New Jersey Appliance repair Monday morning after my washing machine filled with so much water it pushed the front loading door open and I had water everywhere. Rich came later that same day and said that the tub was not screwed in properly. After he left I tried running a load and got an error message and the machine just stopped. I called Rich and he said to give it a day to dry out and try again and in the meantime he would call Whirlpool to see if they knew what the error code was. But it still didn't work. I called him back and he came the same day. After a little more investigating he found a rubber tube that had snapped which prevented the washer from sensing the water level. He had one in his truck, installed it and it worked! I had thought I would need to buy a new washer but thankfully not yet. Rich was extremely responsive and kept working until he found the issue. I will definitely use him again.

Richard responded right away. Came next day and replaced the sensor which kept my oven running for another couple weeks. In any case it was a pleasant experience.

I was very happy and pleased with the personnel. He was prompt, and his pricing was fair. He came back to repair our dishwasher when it broke down again. I give them A all the way through.

Richard was friendly and efficient. He finished the repair in short order and everything is working well again.

They replaced the circuit board on the refridgerator and the instructions he was reading were an error. They initally did not fix the problem so they came back out to make sure the problem was fixed. He also provided other services for the inconvneince.

Called Friday, made appt for Monday. Arrived when promised. Repaired ice dispenser/crusher on fridge door without new parts. Made positioning adjustment to "warping parts" and improved switch contact with metal tape. Rather than replacing dishwasher parts caked with minerals from hard water, recommended cleaning dishwasher by running it with acidic powder available at grocery store. I.e. did not think replacing parts was a good idea since the dishwasher could be replaced for that kind of money. Adjusted door on microwave, replaced a $20 switch. I recommend this repair service again (fixed my washer once about 2 years ago). When someone takes the time to fix things without parts rather than replacing parts at my expense, I know I can trust them not to charge me for things I don't need. I am satisfied again and recommend this service again. Note: the only reason I went 4 stars on price is because I really have no reference point from which to judge the bill. I don't know if the charge is exceptional. It is certainly reasonable.

Arrived the same day: 2 hours after I called them. At the time when he was here, I also 'was having my air conditioner getting its annual service from Air Group. Anthony was the serviceman from Air Group. He was very polite and told me that I needed a Blower Motor, Blower Wheel and Capacitor for $846. As Richard of All Jersey Appliance Repair was working on my oven, he overheard what the Air Group guy was telling me. He discretely told me that in all likelihood, I don't need it done. - and if I did, his cost would be half of that. As the Anthony from Air Group was leaving, I asked him more about the repair. After a number of Questions, Anthony then tells me that it really is preventative, and that he would get in trouble if he didn't let me know that something was slightly wrong, and if I then called in a week that there was a problem with my unit. He said that the Blower Motor and Wheel could last another month or a number of years, and that all it would cost me additional was for a $69 service call - but there was no problem in waiting - other than the additional inconvenience of doing without A/C for a day or so. After Anthony left, Richard went and looked at my unit and concurred that I don't need to do anything now. So, Richard not only serviced my oven in a timely manner and for a reasonable fee, he also saved me $ 846 and getting something that I really don't need. I will definitely stop using Air Group, and use All Jersey Appliance for my A/C and Heat annual service.

I called him on a sunday and he came out the same day and told me what was wrong and called me when the parts arrived. Everything was repaired within one week

Received same day service. Richard was not only prompt, he called and asked if he could come earlier! Sure!! I He was very courteous. Would use All Jersey again and recommend to friends.

Rich answered the phone, and came out for repair on the same day. showed up when he said he would. offered good advice.

Our gas wall oven stopped working. I called Richard & made an appointment with him for the next afternoon. He examined the oven to find out why the broiler & baking units didn't turn on. After checking the voltage to the ignitors in each half of the oven, he replaced both ignitors and tested the oven to make sure it worked properly. A fan blade in the circulating motor was hitting the inside of the motor and making noise. He adjusted the blade and the noise stopped. As shown on Angie's List, he charged $75 for the service call, $50 for the labor to check out the oven, and gave us the 10% discount. He installed the ignitors for $60 each and guaranteed them for one year. From start to finish, Richard was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and worked neatly - very professional. We would definitely use him again.

Called All Jersey Appliance on Saturday, gave me a time on Monday, and Rich was there on time. Quickly diagnosed that the problem was the motor bearings. Could have gone ahead with an expensive repair, but was honest that the machine would likely break down again in a few months. Recommended we buy a new washing machine. Charged only for the call and no added time. Could not have been happier.

Called and repairman arrived 45 " later (exactly when they said he would). He just left. He was quite professional. And hopefully i will hear the 'plop, plop' of ice dropping in the bin shortly.
