Rich is outstanding. We called at 8 PM. He answered and showed up the next day at 10 AM, right when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our oven and one range burner, fixed the oven and ordered a part for the burner. He finished so quickly that he was able to look at an issue that we had with the ice maker in our freezer. He returned two days later with the burner part and fixed that too. His prices were more than reasonable. We heartily recommend Rich and now have his number on speed dial.

Richard answered my call after hours and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time and very professional. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

I called All Jersey Appliance Repair at 5 PM on Thursday and spoke with Rich. I explained the issue and he said he'd be able to come out on Friday at 1:00 PM to take a look at it. As promised, the doorbell rang at exactly 1 PM on Friday and Rich was ready to check the issue out. He had the problem diagnosed in under 2 minutes, and indicated that he'd need to replace the control board in my GE refrigerator. He explained that the refrigerator model itself was very good, but that the weak link in these particular models was the control board. He indicated that he had the part in his truck and I authorized him to make the repair. Less than 20 minutes later, the task was complete and everything was working as it should be. The price was very reasonable and I got 10% off the service and labor charges for mentioning Angie's List (discount does not apply to parts). Without a doubt I would call Rich again for any appliance repairs needed in the future.

I originally called when we thought our fridge went out. We did not receive a call and it turns out that there was an issue with the phone that somehow screwed up our number. They did contact us and came out immediately. Extremely nice and courteous as well as prompt. Did not fix anything as the fridge seemed to be ok now. Did not charge call out and apologized for mix up with phone - highly recommend.

I emailed them the night before around 5pm. Explained the problem. At 10:30pm that night I got a reply with a "We will call around 9am to discuss the issue." Next day called me right on time. He told me that he knew I needed a new valve, but would have to check to see if they had it in stock. A few hours later their technician Keith called and said he was on his way over. Keith replaced the valve and also did a check on my dryer vent to make sure it was clear. Keith was courteous and very professional. The cost is what he quoted me over the phone. All I can say is that I found my new appliance people! I will never call anyone else again. Thanks guys! Very, very pleased.

The repairman who came out to our home was very honest, told me what it would cost to repair it, and that at this time he was unable to, so we ended up buying another washer.

Went very well, Rich was very responsive and did what he said he would do. Didn't push me to repair, but it was the best decision for me.

Noticed ice cream getting soft for two days and decided the freezer needed help right away. Found All Jersey Appliance on Angie's List and called for an appointment. They were very responsive by coming to do the needed repair the next day. Richard is skilled at diagnosis of the problem and I was pleased to see the installation of a heater go very quickly. He was very efficient at the cleanup portion of the job.

Placed a call right before lunch and the stove was repaired by 3pm. The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn't ask for better service!

I called Rich this morning and he came this afternoon. Several months ago he had completely cleaned all the lint from the dryer and hoses, so he knew that wasn't the problem. He explained that the issue was probably the controller board and said that replacement of that would cost several hundred dollars. Since the dryer is old, it will probably have to be replaced. Meantime, however, to get the most out of the life that's left in the dryer, Rich suggested fiddling with the settings. He spent about 20 minutes here and refused to charge me anything. I am very grateful to him for his advice and would recommend him without reservation.

Richard responded to my service call within 2 hours. I did not expect such an immediate response since my issue was not an emergency. He was in the vicinity, therefore he said he would drop by and it was a quick fix. He asked if I had any other problems and made sure everything was in order before he left. I have used other appliance repair companies and had to wait days. Richard is your "reliable service" that you can count on and will respond - he answers the phone! He is polite, courteous and professional. Not only that - he knows what he is doing.

My wife cleaned out our Viking range extensively two days ago, but must have gotten water inside the knobs and to the electrical circuitry. Well, today, we used a couple of the six burners for the first time since that time and the ignitors all flared up and just would not stop. We spent an hour trying to get them to stop (they were loud and very annoying). We tried everything but finally gave in to call Richard (we picked him based on his distance from us and his Angie's List ratings). He picked up the phone within three rings on a Sunday morning. I explained the problem to him. He patiently walked us through a couple of different scenarios as to why this might be happening and then told us to find the circuit breaker linked to the stove and flip that off for a couple of days - or unplug the range from the electrical connection at the back - and explained why that would work. He asked us to call him if the non-stop clicking had not still gone away after two days. He could very well have come over and charged us his service call fee + the first hour's fee for this advice. Instead, he was totally upfront and patient in explaining to us over the phone how to potentially resolve the issue without calling him out. My wife immediately asked me to make sure to note his number for future reference, in case we do need to call him out for any appliance repairs. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional person!

Provider recommended that I replace the dryer. I truely appreciate his honesty and will definitely recommed this company to others.

Nice man, professional, knowledgeable and competent. Spent about an hour and an half diagnosing the problem and fixing it without getting a new pump. Gave the sense of sincerely trying to avoid getting a new pump by eliminating all causes of the symptoms of the failure of the water to drain. I originally anticipated a number of days to get the Washer looked at and fixed but I called at 3:00pm when the problem arose and as fortune would have it he was in the neighborhood, was at my home at 3:30pm and the Washer was up an running like new at 5:00pm. Will definitely call first for any other problem with my appliances in the future without hesitation.

After rushing to clean my oven to impress my mother-in-law before she came over, I managed to completely unhinge my oven door. I panicked, turns out it looked a lot worse than it was. I called All Jersey Appliance and they were able to make arrangements to come to my house that same day. I had called four other companies who all told me there was at least a two-three day delay before some one could come out. He arrived exactly on time. He managed to put my oven door back on in a matter of minutes. He had a very fair price. I would recommend this company to any one who needs appliance repair and I would definitely call them in the future.
