Description of Work: Called for a dryer repair and was honest that he was "not my guy" and gave me a great suggestion for an alternative.

Description of Work: The initial request was to diagnose and hopefully repair a 20+ year old oven. When it was determined that the oven could not be repaired, Rich installed the new oven. This may sound like a simple job, but, in today's world, nothing is as simple as it seems....there were complications due to the old ovens install. It seems no one makes an oven in the size of our old oven, so fitting the new oven required some creativity to fit in the existing space and still look nice in the kitchen. Rich work hard at accommodating us. He spent a great deal of time with us. | |Rich responds quickly to requests. He is able to make appointments without having to wait too long. He is prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on Rich in the future.

Description of Work: I called to discuss a washing machine that needed repair, he spent time on the phone with me, listened to my description of the problem and discussed options, after talking he recommended buying a new machine, said he could repair it but it would, most likely, be better, monetarily, to buy a new one, appreciate the honesty.

Description of Work: Rich answered my email on the day it was sent and was very helpful and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with my freezer door and fixed it quickly. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Needed a new gas burner for my stove. Part was ordered and installed in a few days. Very responsive and easy ro deal with.

I fleetingly saw a Rating error on the screen just after clicking Submit.) | |The provider inspected my dishwasher which was leaking from the bottom edge of the door. Since the unit is about 10 years old and a new door seal is not available, he recommended replacement.

Description of Work: Richard was great. He got right to work in replacing a belt in our dryer. He completed the task in less than an hour and made some cleaning suggestions. When asked about the concept of replace vs. repair he was very honest in explaining that older models can actually work better and that simple repairs can keep them running indefinitely. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again if needed. |

Description of Work: The work was performed on time and was able fix two problems that I had with the oven. The repair person even showed me how to properly remove my oven door for future service I could do on my own. My only reservation was was a misunderstanding on time spent on the work. I did not track the start time and I thought the amount of time spent on the work was higher than I estimated. I would use the vendor again but keep track of time spent better.

Description of Work: My experience with ALL JERSEY APPLIANCE REPAIR was excellent. Rick was able to come to my home the next day to repair my refrigerator. He was extremely friendly and did mind explaining the issue to me. I was very happy with the service and quality of work and I would use ALL JERSEY APPLIANCE REPAIR again.

Description of Work: He replaced an electronic panel in my washing machine and a relay switch in my dryer. He also removed and cleaned out my entire dryer vent duct system (over 10 feet) with a brush and vacuum.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the work done by All Jersey Repair. Richard is very knowledgeable and does very neat work. He was able to resolve the issues with our ice maker and went out of his way to minimize the cost. He always answers his phone and is prompt when you make an appointment. He took the time to explain the problem and offer any alternatives. He also stands by his work. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to friends and family. He is also a very pleasant person.
