"I'm writing this review before the work is even done, this says a lot about Justin and his crew. they are rebuilding my office/laundry room, yes that's correct I work in the laundry room :). it was in bad shape built in the 40's and was one big Draft with terrible windows, walls and doors. MAN these guys came in and gutted the place in one day and after 3 days we are 75 percent done, see pictures below.. had a bathroom done took 2 months, looks like I'll be done with in days.. JMW's crew is something I have not seen in a long time..they are persistent, so far doing GREAT work and most of all I have seen Justin at my site so many times to make sure it's all moving along. you don't see this type of dedication and quality work any more, everyone is give me the money and I'll get it done when I get it done.. NOT JMW these guys work and work hard..my new contractor for sure. PS don't let the age fool you Justin is the real deal. I'll post the finished product."

He then choose to delivery moldy pavers from the supply house he picked them up and didn't even tell us about them until after he was installing them. We signed a contract stating no money upfront until the job was completed he was yelling the entire time he worked that he wants to get paid. He was very dishonest and he doesn't even want to come back to fix pavers that are damaged after he left us with 3 year warranty. I definitely would not hire this guy to do your job. He then tell me to take off the bad reviews. I will come fix your pavers and then he did nothing to repair them. Very very dishonest contractor..STAY FAR AWAY!!"

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"

"I selected A&F Lawn Care based on positive reviews and the owner's knowledge, despite higher costs. The plan was to seed my backyard in two phases to accommodate my dogs. However, the first phase led to a weed-infested lawn and, alarmingly, shards of glass in the topsoil, which were not previously there. The owner agreed to address these issues in the second phase, but the service was subpar. The reseeding was ineffective, and I initially received conflicting irrigation advice, resulting in additional costs. Despite using their services for both phases, the outcome was disappointing. Communication was challenging, especially when their truck breakdown further delayed the service. After consulting other companies, it became clear that the yard hadn't been pre-treated correctly. I've now switched providers and am seeing significant improvements in my lawn's condition.""
