 + 2 moreIt went fantastically! Joe and one of his workers came out about an hour after I called him and quickly removed the stopper. After the sink was rinsed thoroughly and free of Drano Joe showed me that the old stopper was itself broken and the things under the sink were rusted out. They replaced all the defective parts, sorry I am not more technical but I can't remember the proper names for each part. Joe explained everything he did thoroughly to me, each step of the way and asked me if I was satisfied with everything when he finished. I am very happy with everything. Very very professional and I now have a plumber who I will hire to address some other plumbing issues I have at some point.
Description of Work: He removed a broken stopper in my bathroom sink and installed a new unit + a new pipe under the sink. I had put some Drano in the sink to remove a clog and the stopper had fallen down and some Drano remained in the sink. I could not budge the stopper and had to call for a plumber.

Description of Work: We called Smolarski plumbing and a few similar service providers when our grinder pump stopped working. They were very responsive and scheduled a visit to come out that day. Another company arrived earlier and were able to solve the problem. We called Smolarski and left a message to cancel but they were already on their way and arrived while the other company was finishing their work. While we didn't use them, I wanted to acknowledge their responsiveness and punctuality.
