For 60 thousand dollars? Extremely dissapointed; it was a series of "small" things they paid no attention to, but mostly their attitude when we questioned. Sink handles very loose, jiggly; hot and cold water lines switched; shower head did not turn on properly; shower head company confirmed yet another issue- they didn't flush out the lines right and water pressure was next to nothing; did not hook up the bathroom fan through the attic roof and sloppy caulking. Don't hire.

Best experience we've ever had with a contractor. Totally professional from start to finish. Quality of work and attention to detail was everything we hoped for, especially the tile work which was well-thought-out and beautifully done. Exceptional customer service. All calls and emails both before and during the job were promptly answered. The job started on time and actually ended a day early. They arrived at about 7:50 every morning and got set up so they were ready to start at 8:00. Covered floors and stairs with dropcloths in the morning and cleaned up at the end of each day. At the end of the job they even power-washed the driveway as they had worked out there cutting tiles and trim. Top notch company. We will definitely be calling them for future jobs.

It went great. I wanted to get it done before the holidays and the Hevelius were very accommodating of my accelerated time window. I just had family over for Thanksgiving and they were shocked at how my basement (now known as my entertainment enclave) looked. Everything is top notch quality and I couldn't be happier!
