Description of Work: Had two small decks built. He agreed to have these decks built before I was to get knee replacement surgery but did not start until the day I came home. The only way I had in and out of the house was crawl out over the framing. He built the entire decks out of pressure treated framing lumber and used NO decking lumber at all. The decks are full of splinters and have been from day one. The workmanship was shoddy also and now that the wood has dried they look very bad. I am going to have to rip the entire top rails and hand rails off and replace with smooth deck wood.
