Description of Work: They cleaned most of the house. When four hours were up they were done, but the work wasn't. I knew I was purchasing 4 hours, but I would never do that again. There's no incentive to move faster. The price was introductory. Regular prices are higher.

Description of Work: Two lovely ladies got here right on time. As soon as I told them what I wanted, they got down to business. I definitely got every minute of what the initial offer was which was 4 hours (two women at two hours). I am now using them regularly and they come to me every two weeks for two hours and they will do WHATEVER I ask them to do. They are very nice. I feel comfortable with them in my home. They work VERY well together and they obviously know what they are doing and to do it efficiently. Last time after I told them what I wanted done, they had extra time so I got an extra item crossed off MY OWN list. I think their going rate, although it sounds expensive, is right on target. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They were great. I purchased the services with a Big Deal several months ago. We were selling our house so I asked them to just do the bathrooms and kitchen which were all cleared out. In two hours two cleaners totally did 3 full baths, 2 half baths and a decent size kitchen. I would definitely use them again and would very much recommend Bright and Shiny and owner Sherry. A great experience!

I was very happy with their service. They did a nice job. It was the first time that I had ever used a maid service. They did good job in bathroom, which sparkled when they were done and they did a really nice job in the kitchen. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreSheryl came with her two daughters on time, they were very nice and professional. I told them the areas I wanted them to focus on and they got right to work. They were even cleaning quietly as our 2 year old was taking a nap in a nearby room. They did a lot of real scrubbing of all the areas I hate to clean, and afterwards it looked fantastic. She even gave me some advice on some areas I wanted to clean when they left. I couldn't recommend them more, the prices are fantastic, the work suberb, and unlike other cleaning services: You are directly paying the cleaners, not some big franchise like Molly Maid where most of your money is wasted and the actual cleaners see very little of your pay.
