Buying a house is stressful enough, especially when it comes to home inspection. From the first conversation with Ed I was confident I found the right man for my home inspection. Ed wanted me there with him for the inspection to go over everything that was wrong, and right with the house. He showed up early and already had the outside inspection done. He explained to me in detail exactly what needed to be done. If I had a question, he explained everything in detail, and didn't just rush through everything. He was very thorough threw the whole process. He wasn't afraid to get dirty when it came to inspecting the attic!! Ed's reports were promised the next day, and they were received the next day, with copies to all party's involved!! In conclusion, Ed is a total professional, I would recommend him 110%!! Pete Casey

Ed Novak conducted our home inspection. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. During the inspection, he pointed out some issues that were going on with the house (nothing too serious-Thank God!), explained them to us in easy to understand terms and what our options were to fix them. We received a clear and concise inspection report quickly which contained detailed information and pictures too. Highly recommend!

Ed was great. He was very thorough and delivered a detailed report quickly. Ed was early the day of inspection in order to beat the snow storm and check the foundation, roof and chimneys.

We called on a Tuesday and he did our inspection 2 days later. He was professional, personable, thorough, and assured us we were buying a safe solid home for our family.
