carpet installation
+ -1 moreI have three major complaints with JTR Carpets. 1. First of all the installation of the carpet is very poor. The carpet seams were awful and in obvious places. The owner was shown the seams but made no attempt to fix them. I have had to get another installer to come and repair the job done by JTR. 2. He does not answer phone calls nor does he return any calls. . 3. His crew consisted of men with current arrest records, who were, then, left alone in the house unsupervised. Working with this contractor has been the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor of any kind. This is the first negative review I have ever written about anyone. If there had been any response to my calls I would not have written this review...
Description of Work: the job was a reinstall of carpet that was purchased and installed in December. The original carpet had flaws and Mohawk sent new carpet for replacement.
