All the work area was cleaned up and the serviceman explained everything about the new units, how to clean and winterize them, etc. He also set up the wi-fi thermostat. He was friendly and professional. We have been using Werner for many years and they are prompt and efficient.
Description of Work: We had 2 AC units installed, replacing 2 - 21 year old units. We also had 2 thermostats replaced.

 + -1 moreSee above. It's a shame. The Werner brothers are excellent HVAC experts and plumbers. In recent years it has been harder and harder and harder to get timely service.
Description of Work: Didn't respond to request to repair A/C even though we had been clients for more than 20 years. Recently, responsiveness has been poor. Very capable HVAC and plumbing repairs but for last few years responsiveness has been poor.

Description of Work: We had to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Serviceman was very professional and gave me advice on which faucet to choose. The faucet had to be special ordered but arrived in acceptable time. Serviceman returned and installed the faucet which was a bit difficult but he was very kind and sociable during the time he was here. Very satisfied with the service.

 + -1 moreAfter being here 45 minutes they were unable to resolve the issue because it was the sewer line that was blocked and it was the sewer pipe that needed to be cleaned. They gave me the name of a company which I called. However, I never received a bill from Werner since they did not resolve the issue...That was great because the sewer guy charged me 350.00!
Description of Work: toilet b acked up..lots of people in house..called Werner; came within hour.
