foundation repair
+ -1 moregave a estimate for replacing rotted plywood and siding . i had the siding so it did not have to be purchased. his estimate was $6,200.00 , which i thought was very high. i was right. i got 2 additional estimates of $1,400.00 & $1,550.00. this was after hurricane sandy, and i think they probably thought they could charge whatever they wanted, since many homes had water problems, and people were desperate. if you call bob's be sure to get other estimates, or just go somewhere else and save your time.
Description of Work: gave an estimate to replace some rotted plywood & siding.

+ -1 moreThe crawl space is dry and I cannot see where the floor was sagging any more.
Description of Work: Installed sub pump to drain water out of my crawl space and installed additional pillars to support the house and raised the house back up as far as possible where it was sagging.

+ -1 moreA pleasure to work with, job done in time they estimated, cost what they estimated and job site was put back together (floor had to be pulled up to replace beams) and clean when they were done. All this done while I was 100 miles away, got updates by phone. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Had a cantilevered deck replaced due to rotted support beams. This requires pulling up the floor to place the new beams.
