Amazing Cleaning Service! Exceeds expectations, very dependable, professional and courteous.

It went very well. The girls were on time, courteous and professional as well as the owner Dave. His main goal is to make sure that the customer is always happy. I have used Crimson Cleaning Solutions on a biweekly basis for over four years now. I would recommend them for all your cleaning needs. Also, the price is right and they are bonded and insured.

I’ve used Crimson cleaning before when I first moved in my house about a year ago. The whole house (floors, bathrooms, appliances, etc.) was around $200 and they did a great job. Fast forward a year later... I wanted just the tile in my house cleaned (a rather small area) with cleaner he had used previously. He came to give me an estimate, and he wanted to charge me $100, which seemed rather expensive considering the entire house was $200. When I said that was a bit pricey, he started getting aggressive and angry, even though this was an estimate to begin with. When I asked why he was being so aggressive, he said “I was wasting his time” and he had a minimum of $100, which he never said on the phone, so he wasted my time, as well. HE WAS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am writing this minutes later mortified about how that encounter went-please do not use this service!

First of all, we thought the price was high $260 for a small neat two-bedroom ranch; about 1500 square feet. However, owner David said that they do a thorough job from top to bottom cleaning with detail. I said I wanted it done well since realtors would be coming the next day. My brother was there to oversee the cleaning which was done by Crystal and Emily, and he was very upset. Their vacuum cleaner was not picking up anything, so they ended up using ours. The ladies told them it was broken and their boss knew that. The toilets were not spotless; the range was not cleaned well; the floors were so-so; the baseboards were not wiped down as David said would be done; and I could go on and on. The realtors came the next day and their comment was that the house looked "dirty".....for a $260 cleaning job? Needless to say, my brother called David with a list of things that were not done properly. Thankfully, David came back and returned the money. No, we would not hire them again. We know what CLEAN looks like.

Excellent job. I felt like the kitchen was thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning person did a very thorough job.

David was very accommodating as we had to reschedule twice. He was extremely professional l and gave very fair quotes. They did a good job on the larger house, but we felt the floors could have been scrubbed a little more to get some of the "built up" grubbiness. A couple other spots were missed, but overall good. Fridge wasn't taken apart and cleaned, but may not have been possible. It was a large house and overall did a good job. Second house was smaller, again, floors could have been scrubbed a bit more, but over all a good job. Nice and easy to deal with,

2 women for 2 hours did a much better job than I expected.

David was very responsive, helpful and professional. David and his crew did an excellent job cleaning the house from top to bottom. Could not have asked for a better experience!

It went well. The house was noticeably cleaner and I was particularly happy that the cobwebs in the high ceilings were gone.

They were all very good. I was sick and that's why I got them in. The price was okay.

David called me back promptly and was extremely nice, very professional, & made scheduling an easy process. The 2 cleaning staff (Liz & Alison), listened to my priority list and followed through with exactness. This cleaning service was thorough, pleasant to work with, and met & exceeded my expectations! I will be using Crimson Cleaning repeatively.

I hired Crimson Cleaning to clean up after we had my Mom's 70th Birthday and they were terrific! The owner Mr. David Farnetti explained everything to me in detail, how long it would take and the price. I would definitely recommend and hire them again in a heartbeat.

I couldn't be happier. David Farnetti the owner and his staff were so professional and friendly. After David explained everything in detail that would be done, his 2 girls remained and were phenomenal! I would definitely hire and recommend again!

NOTE-- I AM ONLY POSTING THIS HORRID REVIEW, AS I DON'T WANT ANY OTHER WOMEN BECOMING A VICTIM TO OWNER DAVID FARNETI! HE IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR. HE WAS LEWD, PERVERSE & MADE VERY UNWANTED PHSYICAL ADVANCES TOWARDS ME! All while his 2 female employees cleaned my home. The workers, Angie's list , and my local police dept are aware. The ladies did a nice job cleaning ( &consoling me) They stayed longer, as David also did not estimate the time properly, so I paid them extra out of pocket. It's horrible to be sexually harrased -especially in your own home. Its taking a lot of guts to post and relive this- but all should Please be very careful!!! Just because someone passed a background check does not mean they are decent. This guy is anything but! Employees have quit. I have come forward. Plz be safe, readers

The cleaning crew did an excellent job and meticulously cleaned every surface in the house including the paddle fans.

They were punctual and very pleasant girls. Very pleased with their service. Would hire again.

They do very good, she is thorough. It was nice and gave me a big box of chocolates for Christmas. They are a good company.

They did a really good job. David was very nice, professional, and honest. The apartment would have never been ready if not for them. He came the very next day after I called and everything was great. They stayed extra because the previous tenants had cats and the new tenants are allergic so they put in extra effort and used extra products for people with allergies. The person moved in and did not have any issues with the allergies.

I've used them for 2 years. I have a lot of glass and black furniture and it looks pristine. They are very professional and courteous. They're flexible with me when I need to change the schedule. They're a very easy, flexible service to work with.

Green/natural products were a plus! We were very happy with the final outcome. Everything looked brand new!

I was very impressed with Crimson Cleaning. Their response time was quick and I had cleaners at my house just when I needed them. The girls who came to clean were polite and professional, they took their time to listen to my requests as I took then through the house. My bathrooms are cleaner than I have ever seen them! They were detail cleaners from my ceiling fans to the baseboards. The product they used on my floors and cabinets smelled great. I am also very impressed with my kitchen and the shine on my stainless steel. The girls worked quickly and efficiently. Crimson Cleaning met my expectations and then some.

I am very satisfied with the services I have received from Crimson Cleaning. I will continue to use their services on a bi-weekly basis.
