The guys were very professional and they did a great job troubleshooting an electrical problem that required their expertise. I had outlets that were reading as a hot ground reverse on my multimeter but in fact there was a lost neutral wire that was very difficult to find. They checked all of the outlet wiring in the guest and adjacent rooms and were able to quickly locate the issue in a junction box in the attic. There is no way I could have troubleshooted this myself even after all of the YouTube DIY videos I looked at. The best part was that they came in at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to others and hire them again for other jobs.

The guys at transform electric replaced the drop to my house, breaker box and added a couple of outlets. They showed up on time to give the quote and do the job. The cost was as expected. The work looks perfect and passed inspection with no issues. I would hire them again.

He was running a special through Angie's List. I think it was about $6,500 for a whole house generator. He was an A; he did a very good job. He came when he was supposed to come, he was neat, he did his job in one day, and he worked with a plumber who had to come and finish up, and he came on a timely basis also. There were no problems.

Extremely well. Come to find out that #1 and #2 were both on the same GFCI circuit and I didn't know how to reset it. #3 was due to a damaged sensor plate. The light now works when it's turned on using its light switch, but the automatic sensor portion must be replaced which is a simple fix. The gentlemen were great and went out of their way to address all my concerns as a first time homeowner. My only gripe - good luck in calling and expecting a timely response. I purposely called the vendor before I purchased the service to ensure that they serviced my area. I called 3x and left messages and hadn't heard back from anyone. I was in the process of getting another vendor when Transform finally called back. Our discussion went well and I decided to go ahead and purchase the deal. However no one ever got back to me to confirm my requested appointment. I again had to call them a few times and didn't hear back. I finally emailed them to tell them if they couldn't honor the appointment then please let me know so I could use another company. I finally got a prompt reply. I told the gentlemen about the annoyance and asked what had happened. They apologized and admitted that they were pretty busy and weren't able to get back to customers as they should have - this is totally understandable. Otherwise Transform did fantastic work. Would I use them again? I'll answer this way - if I call them and have to leave a message and no one gets back to me by the next business day (either phone or email), then no.

Ken and his team did an excellent job and my overall experience was very good. I would definitely use Transform Electric again. They turned up on time and the work was very well executed, am super pleased with the outcome.

It was easy to receive an estimate and to schedule the work via phone and text. Electricians (Matt and Joe) showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Will be using for any future electrical work.

Excellent, capable, and friendly service. My panel was decades old and a real rats nest. Matt and Joe arrived early and proceeded to inspect the work to be done and moved quickly to get started. I was especially impressed that the wore booties anything they were in my house. They cleaned all debris and swept the area after they were done. The finished result was a work of art. I will use Transform Electric for all of my future electrical needs.

Everything went well; all outlets were inspected and shortly thereafter I received an inspection findings list and cost estimate. Very professional and courteous; took the time to explain what he was doing and what needed to be done in layman's terms so I understood everything. Work is scheduled to be done this month. Very professional team. I hired them to replace an electrical panel. They came one morning and took care of it. They also installed some sundry outlets etc. Then the electrical inspector had some issues with a grounding bushing. They sent a technician who fixed it quickly and we passed inspection. They are a bit backed up. Other than that i would highly recommend them. Professional job at an unbeatable price.

Ken was recommended by my contractor. He was here on time which was very important since there was a short window of time when the electric had to be completed before portion of wall in den was patched. He gave great advise as to what wires were needed now and in future. . Ken and his team are knowledgeable, professional, neat and pricing was good. Electrician Mat arrived on time and went right to work removed old service box, he had to cut into the wall so the new box would fit,.The new box was installed and wall repaired. all circuits were checks and working.
