Since I started this company 8 years ago, I have never asked anyone to sign a contract and I still do not ask people to sign one. Initially, when I go out to a home and meet with a new customer, I do however, give out an informative letter that explains what is included in our services. In the letter I explain some very basic information such as, "please make sure we are able to get inside the home on the day of your cleaning; whether its with a key, a garage code or that someone will be home." I go over what cleaning products they would like us to use in each room of their home, and set a schedule that fits them best. I did my best to try and satisfy you and your requests. I sent out 5 different teams to your home. None of them made you happy. It was at that point I told you to find someone else. This January will mark our 9th Anniversary of Total House Cleaning being in business, and I am proud to say, those same five teams have helped me to clean and maintain the homes of close to 300 regular (weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks and monthly) customers. We have moved- in and moved-out closed to 500 families. All of our customers have had very specific requests for us to keep in mind while we clean their home and they have been a pleasure to serve and work with.
