Hello (Member Name Removed), Thank you for taking the time to give a review. Thank you for giving us an "A" rating. We would like to respond to your "C" rating for promptness. Most people find it most convenient to go about their day and either give us a spare key or their garage code. If you choose to be at home for the cleaning and cannot take the earliest morning appointment, like most service companies, we are able to give you an Estimated Time of Arrival. However, we pride ourselves in being able to give you a small window that is within the hour of their arrival. We are also area able to send you a text message or call you when the team is on their way to your home. We cannot however, give you the exact time they will arrive weeks in advance. When I tell you the time for your next appointment, it is my best educated guess, ie an Estimated Time of Arrival. When I tried to explain this to you on the phone, your response was..."why is this conversation taking so long?" and you canceled your appointment. I wish you well.

Description of Work: I requested a deep cleaning before having company over for Thanksgiving. We don't usually have a cleaning service. Lupe and Teresa were fantastic and focused on the areas I needed done most and then were able to get to a lot more of the house than I had expected. They worked quickly and efficiently and we were very pleased with the service. The coordinator who set up the appointment was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!!

Description of Work: I have used Total Home twice now. We are set-up for bi-weekly cleaning. They do a great job. Betsy, the owner, is very professional. During your initial estimate she shares a list of required supplies and cleaning tools you need to supply. A team of 2 cleans my 4 bedroom home in a few hours. They do a few small things like cleaning ceiling fans and glass on sliding doors which are a nice touch in addition to normal routine cleaning. I am very happy with their service so far.

Since I started this company 8 years ago, I have never asked anyone to sign a contract and I still do not ask people to sign one. Initially, when I go out to a home and meet with a new customer, I do however, give out an informative letter that explains what is included in our services. In the letter I explain some very basic information such as, "please make sure we are able to get inside the home on the day of your cleaning; whether its with a key, a garage code or that someone will be home." I go over what cleaning products they would like us to use in each room of their home, and set a schedule that fits them best. I did my best to try and satisfy you and your requests. I sent out 5 different teams to your home. None of them made you happy. It was at that point I told you to find someone else. This January will mark our 9th Anniversary of Total House Cleaning being in business, and I am proud to say, those same five teams have helped me to clean and maintain the homes of close to 300 regular (weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks and monthly) customers. We have moved- in and moved-out closed to 500 families. All of our customers have had very specific requests for us to keep in mind while we clean their home and they have been a pleasure to serve and work with. Again, [removed member name] I apologize that we were not able to help you but I hope you find someone who can.

It went extremely well. I have been using Total House Cleaning for the last year, on a regular basis, and the team consistently does an excellent job. They pay close attention to the details so that I don't have to! They seem to really care about their work. They have also been able to accommodate my various scheduling requests which I really appreciated. Lastly, they are wonderful with my pets. I have also used them for side projects such as cleaning out my garage and they have also exceeded my expectations on those projects as well.

They were 20 minutes late and blamed it on the traffic. If you work in the area, you should know what traffic is like at certain times. I had to wait for them to come so I could go back to work. I told them that we just had the hardwood floors refinished and they tracked wet foot prints, along with some debris, all over the hardwood. They did not pay attention to this. I had to clean it all myself after they left, so my husband would not see it and freak out. I asked them bleach the grout (in the bathrooms) or do whatever they could to brighten it all and it looks the same. What they DID clean was done okay. Not bad at all. Just really disappointed with the carelessness of the hardwood floors.
Description of Work: Cleaned bathrooms and part of kitchen = a "move in" cleaning. Not much else to do, with the rest being newly constructed. Those were existing rooms.

I am disappointed that I am finding out about this by reading this on the internet and you didn't call me to discuss it. I have called you twice since I read this and you have not return my call so I will respond to you on here instead. As you know, the girls tried several cleaning methods on the bathroom floor but there has some kind of white paint on the grout that would not come up. You told them that you thought whoever lived in the house before you did not clean the floor too often and they should not worry too much because you plan on remolding the bathroom anyway. If you had called me, I would have apologized to you and offered to take a look at your bathroom floor myself. I could have recommended a special product made just to clean grout. Then I would have offered to send them back again or another team to redo your bathroom floor at no charge. As far as the wood floors, they dried their shoes with a towel before entering and put rags down on your floor to step on. If there was any part of the floor that got wet, all you had to do was ask them to clean it and they would have. Again, we apologize. As far as the time they arrived. Like most services, we do not give an exact arrival time. It is an estimated window of time. I prefer they drive safely however, if you had let me know that you needed to get to work, I would have informed them and they would have been there sooner.

I have been using Total Housekeeping for several months now. I am very happy with their service. The owner Betsy is very professional, she met with me beforehand to determine what our needs were and to see our house.She did a thorough interview and created a plan to cover the areas that I wanted to be sure were done, all in keeping with the budget I had to work with. I have had 2 different teams, and each team was very good. The cleaners are professional and do a wonderful job! I'm very happy with Total Housekeeping!

I have a townhouse with 1700 square feet and they send two people. They get the job done in about an hour. They do a pretty good job. They are flexible because many of the other companies wanted to come out more than I wanted them to or the prices weren't really in line with what I wanted. I wanted them once a month and they were able to do that and they quoted me a price that worked. I have been pretty happy with them. It is run by a woman so I get personal service and I am able to speak to the owner whenever I want to. The only problem I ever had was that it seemed liked they hadn't been here for a while so I called and we worked out a schedule. I don't have any major complaints.
Description of Work: I use Total House Cleaning for monthly full housecleaning. They do vacuuming, dusting, mopping and bathrooms. They do everything.
