Awesome! Total House Cleaning is so wonderful! When we originally met, the owner was on time for our appointment and came fully prepared with all of the information that we needed to move forward with scheduling our bi-weekly cleaning, including that they are fully insured. The cleaning team (which is the same each time!) is ontime, professional, pleasant and really, really good at their job! I am so happy to have found them, I wouldn't switch to another cleaning service for the world!

Betsy's cleaners have done an unbelievable job. They have cleaned everything that my past several cleaning ladies never touched during the past 25 years. My Cariera marble white master bathroom appeared whiter and brighter after it's first cleaning by them. The hard surfaced floors are wet mopped! They have now cleaned for me for four months. Two persons clean for two hours.

Betsy and her crew are very professional. She came in and assessed my needs so that she could create a cleaning protocol that both fit my budget and covered everything I wanted completed in my home. Her team is punctual and Betsy is great about scheduling appointments. They do a fantastic job and even my children comment on how clean our home looks.

All went well. The work was completed timely and efficiently. Although they had some cleaning "supplies", was just surprised that they did not bring more of their own (...as was indicated).

Betsy's cleaning service is great. She reviews with you what to except of her service. She's always available if needed. We requested regular biweekly cleaning of our home. The 2 woman always come in a timely fashion and professionally dressed. They leave our home smelling fresh and clean. We are very pleased with their service. I woukd recommend them to anyone in the area they service.
