Description of Work: We had a flood in the house and I needed the padding in two bedrooms changed and retacked. Most carpet companies I called would not install the padding if they did not sell me the carpet. Unfortunate, because the room needs new carpet, but there was not enough time to order and install new. So I deceided to use the existing carpet for my guests. It was better than nothing! The contractor was great, but his vehicle collapsed in front of my house. A tow truck and the vehicle towed. In any case the carpet and pad were properly installed.
