FAST-TEKS COMPUTER SUPPORT

Description of Work: They came over on three separate occasions with different tech. I asked for a different tech after the first experience. They attempted to clean my hard drive and install it over again. On the first meeting he got the computer running but I lost my programs. He said he could sell me word pad for $100 (very old program) I needed something and said yes. He could install Word for another $125 and I said no. A friend later installed word for me at no charge. I never used Word pad. After he left the computer continued to have problems but asked if I could have a different tech as I didn't like the idea of him selling me something I didn't need. Two other techs came for short visits once with the owner of the franchise. They promised to provide me with disks to help with opening files and never delivered. They were unable to solve the problem and said they would get back. The owner later E-mailed and said I would have to pay again. He said the computer was running OK after he left with the tech. When I called the tech the next day she admitted something was wrong with the computer. They take orders from the owner. This is a franchise operation and the owner works for a different company and is doing this part time.
