We had ourcarpeting removed and hardwood floors on the main floor of the house sanded andurethane applied. This company is difficult to deal with at best. Communication between the company itself and itsproject manager (PM) leave much to be desired as does communication with theclient. The Friday before the projecteven began we received a call from the project manager to set up a date for thestart of our project which came as a surprise since we had a contract statingthe job was to begin that Monday. Weexplained we had a contract date, that movers and hotels were booked and thereply we received was that we should have not booked anything until we spokewith him. Again this is the Fridaybefore the work was to begin on Monday! After some back and forth the contract date stood and the work began. However, asthe job progressed and questions/concerns arose we often had to call or textnumerous times before receiving a reply from the project manager only to betold he had several projects to deal with. Not my problem, our job is equally important and our money equally asgreen. Twice we waited 10 days before atext or phone call was placed to us, very unprofessional and with today'stechnology that is totally unacceptable. At thecompletion of the job we found urethane stains on our newly painted walls whichhad to be touched up by us. In one room when molding was removed they also toresome of the dry wall, which they did not spackle to repair. Transition pieces took over a week to bepurchased and installed. The stairs werenot completed correctly and until a picture was sent nothing was done tocorrect the situation and no one came to our home to look at the problem. The PM never called to ask if the project wascompleted to our satisfaction. We do notfeel customer service or customer satisfaction is paramount with this companyand we would not recommend them for any job in any home.We had ourcarpeting removed and hardwood floors on the main floor of the house sanded andurethane applied.
