I called them and made the appointment. He came to my house and walked over. He doesn't have a truck, doesn't have a business card. I still explained to him the job. After we agreed on the price he said he will send me a written estimate. He promised twice that he will send it but he never did. I called him he never answered my call. I txt him also didn't answer. Then I send him a message telling him that I will report him to ANGI and then he finally answered I told him if he doesn't want to do the job he should just tell me and not waste my time. He then told me he is working out of area. Total waste of time. Very unprofessional, no work ethic and they treat the customers very badly.

Ampere came recommended to us thru our landscaping contractor. Gene and Gary couldn't have made the experience more easier or stress-free. They explain everything to you in terminology you understand and scope out all options before recommending the best solution for your budget. Permit inspection was uneventful as soon as our township knew Ampere did the work. Prompt, courteous, CLEAN and called to ensure inspection went well. Came back when we thought there was a problem, diagnosed it as our air conditioning unit and was absolutely right - and charged us nothing for the diagnosis! Even replaced a switch for our air conditioning unit in our master electrical box to make sure it runs more efficiently - and again no charge!! Its hard to find trustworthy, top-notch, reasonably-priced electricians. Very happy we found Ampere!!
