We used Jersey Miantance (JM) for exterior softwash of house, deck, and paver patio/walkway. JM was on time for quote and the day of work and very professional through entire job. We would use them again.

Sandro returned my call 5 minutes after I had posted the request. He came out that day, walked around the house with me and pointed out things I didn't even notice. I thought the estimate was high but he came so well recommended that I didn't interview others. He came two days later and spent 5 hours working on powerwashing my house. It has never looked this good. Money well spent.

This was the best experience. I hadn't had my entire house power washed in nearly 6 years. As a result, I wasn't expecting much, but I was wrong. After Sandro completed the work, I was stunned at the level of clean the siding had become. It was completely back to the way it had been 6 years prior. I don't know how he did it, but I do know that I recommend him to anyone who needs their siding power washed. If you have a job to do on your house, and you want someone who it truly professional in their work, then hire this company, you will not be disappointed.

There was a little delay due to the weather but once he got started he did an excellent job. Cleaned my roof, power washed my house, and even cleaned my gutters. My house looked the best it has ever looked in the 6 years I been here and my neighbor said it looked the best he has seen it in the 10 years he lived across from it. Would definitely suggest him.

Explained the work, was very confident and knew what he was doing, took great care of the stuff around the house and not to damage anything, and threw in a few other services, plus gave helpful tips on what to look out for and how best to maintain house in future.
