Brian was excellent! He responded to our request within 20 minutes and answered every little question we had about the project. He was so reasonably priced, confirmed 3 days in advance of the job and showed up early both days. He and his partner were quick and professional and we are so happy with the result of our backsplash.

We hired Brian to install tile around our bathtub/shower. We had attempted to do the job ourselves, but Brian was able to come in and fix what we had done and make it beautiful! He was on time and had everything he needed to start the job quickly. He put drop cloths down around my house so he would not track in any water because it was raining that day. We hired Perez flooring for the first time off of home advisor and we are very pleased. We were in the middle of a job with a strict deadline. We got a very fair quote and the job was completed on time as promised. We have an old house and the kitchen floor was not level. We wanted long blank tiles installed which are challenging even on an even floor. Perez flooring is a father son team. The father, Victor, is true craftsman. The floor came out perfect! Both Victor and his son are great to work with. They are professional and simply great people to work with and to have in your home. We will use them again and highly recommend them to others:-)
