I found Jerry online and contacted him about a 600 sq ft stone veneer project I wanted to have done on the front of my house. He seemed professional so I had him come over and look at the job. We agreed that if I supply all the materials that he would do the job for $6000 (labor only). We agreed on a start date to be two weeks from then. I contacted him as we got closer to let him know all his materials he requested are here and to confirm the date and time. He confirmed. I wanted to reconfirm again the day before and had huge problems getting in contact with him. He wouldn't reply to texts or call me back. I finally reach him and he says he can't make it now and is delayed 4 days because of his other job. This was very upsetting because of the planning I did to accommodate him but figured things happen I guess I have to deal with it. He guaranteed me he'd be there with extra guys to get my project done faster and still reach the original completion date. I never heard from him again. I tried calling and texting to confirm the day before and no response. He never showed up when he said he would and never called me back. While very frustrated I tried for days after to keep trying to reach him. Calling, leaving voicemails, texting, doing everything I could. Looking for any type of response but nothing. Yet I see him posting pictures on his facebook page. He has time to do that but not the decency to tell me what's going on with the hand fed job a handed him for the price that he wanted. I was obviously forced to then higher a different mason who agreed to do the job with the materials that Jerry originally requested. This was a major inconvenience for me in my busy life and wasted lots of time because of him. Please avoid this guy at all costs. He is a liar and very unprofessional.

Worst home improvement experience ever. I thought hiring the guy with the highest bid would mean better work and fewer problems - how wrong I was. One of the six steps was 3/4-inch higher than all others and had to be re-done. What window trim he installed will have to be replaced. The stone panels were the worst, though. His crew forgot to intermix pieces from different boxes as they worked. This is a basic installation requirement and even has a term used in the trade: blending. Predictably, not blending will result in splotchy or striped areas and that is what happened. I texted Jerry the exact picture posted here and suggested his crew randomly remove a few tile panels from each color area, shuffle them around, and reinstall. The mortar was still wet, so it would have taken only a few minutes and been an easy fix. Instead, Jerry blamed the color pattern on everything and everyone except his crew - it was the manufacturer's fault (quarried the wrong stone at the wrong area), the store's fault (mismarked boxes put in the wrong crate), even my fault (I failed to provide installation guidance to him). He called the random look I wanted a “custom pattern”, which he would do only for an additional cost to be applied to the whole job. Jerry was already the highest bidder, and now he was demanding even more to have his crew do just a basic install. I refused to pay more and his workers pulled down all those stones so fast I couldn't believe it. He also had them remove stones from other, perfect areas out of spite. Almost all of these cannot be reused, as they were either cut and fitted to that location, have hardened mortar on them, or broke during removal and subsequent handling. When Jerry's crew walked off the job, they left in my front yard several piles of new and used stone panels, countless broken pieces, a bunch of empty boxes, and a pile of sand in the middle of my driveway. They left so quickly they even left their empty lunch cartons and leftovers behind! They promised to come back and get all this, but it has been almost a week and I am still waiting. Jerry won't return my texts. Don't believe it could have been this bad? My photos speak for themselves. The front door picture is not an optical illusion: you really are seeing three separate color bands within only a few feet of each other. Would you want this look at your front door? If this is the kind of attitude, quality, and attention to detail you want for your job, hire Jerry. If not, look elsewhere.

Work was done beautifully and team was very professional. They used quality material. And excellent workmanship. Very expensive. Put you get what you pay for

Jerry's crew was amazing, the job included 18 days of work. He showed up everyday except Sunday. I changed and added to what the original plan was and Jerry adapted to the new plans with no issues.

Great work. No problems

The work do for the EIFS was done well, and fast. The stack stone was put in well,only two chipped pieces, and they could have taken into account the overall look of the building to account for some stone that had a slight difference in color than the others and looked out of place due to that difference, but it was installed well.
