I think I was grossly over charged. $288.00 for Freon that we have no idea how much was put in or what their labor rate is. That's on top of $98.00 service charge. He was at the house for a total of 1 hour.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the tech as well as the office personnel. The tech was very knowledge able about what he was doing. He explained each thing he find wrong with my heating system and let me know my options.

I am very pleased with the service from Heating Specialties, they we're very very clean and showed concern for not doing an damage to anything. Service men were very friendly and our heater was fully replaced and up and running in 5 hours.
