Great Experience!

Installers did a nice job but I had to call them back for aq small gas leak. A fitting was not tight enough. Warranty is excellent, 10 yrs parts and labor by this contractor.

contacted me by phone within an hour of my online request,heard from 2nd.contact after my heater was fixed by heating specialties.Still haven't heard from 3rd.contact.Prompt service,very professional,sympathetic to the fact i had no heat in my house when it was 22 degrees outside

Heating Specialties workers arrived on time and were very professional. The crew leader reviewed all of the work with me so I understood everything about my new AC system and how it worked. The were very respectful of my property and cleaned every work area before leaving. They trained my on how to program the new theromstats and made sure the I knew how to override the system should I ever have an issue with the zoned AC. I will use them for all of my heating/air conditioning needs for this point on. This is a five star operation.

This contractor demonstrated the epitomy of professionalism and superb performance in the installation of a new gas furnace, evaporator coil, humidifier, and air purifier for my home. It was a pleasure working with Heating Specialties, Inc. and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was able to get an appointment the day and time I wanted. They showed up on time, found the problem, left to go get a replacement part and came back and fixed it. The only problem I have is that Heating Specialties, Inc. takes pride in "No Suprises," but the bill was a suprise to me when I got it. I was not notified of the amount before the work was performed, as they promise on their website. I knew there would be a $99 service charge, but the bill also includedl $189 for a capacitor. Seems excessive for such a small part, but $300 dollars later at least it works. I might use them again, but I guess I have to ask for the estimate up front.
