Excellent customer service from beginning to end. What was an incredibly stressful situation for me was made way better by the expertise and low stress customer service.

Tech showed up quickly. Rapidly identified problem, explained it to us and repaired the A/C unit. I thought the service call price was a bit high, but when the A/C isn't working and there are several 90 degree days forecasted, the money was well spent.

They called me within an hour of placing my request to set up a consultation. They sent someone out THE SAME DAY, which for a non-emergency call is pretty impressive.About two hours after the call Scott arrived and easily diagnosed the problem (blown fan capacitor) and got me up and running. The whole process took no more than 4 hours from start to finish. I have an older unit that, has of late, required a lot of attention. I would be remiss if I didn't call them for all my future HVAC needs.
