From the very beginning, they were the first to reach out and were attentive all the way through to the completion of our fence project. They were quick to respond and always in touch with us regarding the details of our fence project. The owner was patient with me having trouble using the app and walked me through everything to get it started. His son appraised the job and was the one to install it with one other worker. They were fast in the installation and cleaned everything up for a full 50 by 100 ft fence in one day, done by 4p. The wood we wanted was on backorder but they recommended another comparable wood that was available being that we did not want to wait. They took 200 off of our bill for the inconvenience although not it was not their fault. We are happy with what we ending up using and found another way to weather treat it. (The main difference from what we originally ordered). I navigated this work on HomeAdvisor to be done at my mothers home and we both are very happy with the experience and new fence looks great! Just what we wanted. Thanks to optimum it is a family business and can tell they are hustlers who take pride in the work. We would recommend and use it again for future work definitely.
