Kinney Pools in Brick has been winterizing my hot tub for the last 4 years, when I opened it this year and filled it, it started to leak called them and they said we don't fix hot tubs, so I found someone that services them. that company fixed it. I called Kinney to get reimbursed, After a couple of weeks they said they would pay half and I should have tarped over the top of my cover, PVC pipe does not split unless there is water left in the system and it freezes. And why was I not told to tarp this for the last 4 years ?

I have been a customer for many years. Melanie in the billing department goes above and beyond. She is so professional and helpful. The service people do a great job maintaining my pool. I highly recommend this company.

I had a replacement pool heater installed. They made all water connections. They did a quality job, however when they were done I still had to hire another contractor to connect the gas and electric service. I initially thought that Kinney Pools would do all of the necessary work. It's possible I misunderstood. I did hire a electrical contractor (Sansone Electric) recommended by Kinny. He did a great job at a fair price. I am still satisfied with the final price and the workmanship.

Timely response. Customer service is professional and courteous. Work was performed in 30 minutes.

The price was good and the woman on the phone was great and helpful. However, the guys that came to close the pool did a less than stellar job and even broke the pillow (its an above ground pool). They did send somebody out two days later to shove a new pillow under the cover and that was it. Needless to say, my husband and I will just do it ourselves next year.

I am so thankful that HomeAdvisor suggested Kinney Pools. Our pool looked like a swap. After going to local pool stores for several weeks and getting not results I contacted Kinney Pools. They came out an assessed the situation and walked us thru every step. We purchased a new sand filter thru them which was installed immediately. After only a few weeks our pool is finally clear! The entire staff was extremely knowledge and friendly. The were in constant contact with us thru email and phone conversations, even after work hours. I could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you so much Kinney Pools now we can finally enjoy our pool!
