Thanks Home Advisor for recommending Kinney Pools! Their excellent feedback ratings were correct. The people at Kinney Pools are pool experts and they get the work done fast! Our new vinyl liner went in without a hitch. We'll be back in the fall for a new cover.

Even as a first time customer their initial response was very prompt. Appointments were all kept across 3 onsite service calls to open, clean, and close our currently unused 16 x 34 in-ground pool for the sale of our property. 5 different service employees were met across the 3 dates and all were proper, pleasant, and professional; even the billing service was very nice and efficient. We were completely satisfied.

They were very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Also kept the appointment time and showed up.

The installation crew was polite and professional. They installed my liner before the holiday weekend .

Kinney did a great job and at a reasonable cost.

Wonderful to deal with. Very professional. Had them come close our pool. We were/are having issues with our filter and pump. They advised to just close the pool at this time and deal with the other issues after the pool gets opened. Doing it this way will give the 90 day plus manufacturer warranties and it wouldn't just be sitting all winter. Will definitely be calling them in the spring.

Horrible company, would not use them- surprised they are still in business. Signed Contract January 4th 2016 couldnt get them on the phone for over a month and a half. The second i signed the contract and gave them the deposit monies they were unreachable. They claim to walk you through the entire process and pull and file all permits, just a sales pitch, I couldnt even reach them on the phone when i had an issue with my backyard- i needed a smaller pool due to wetlands issues- couldnt be reached for close to 2 months, Dig was supposed to take place March 1st - they didnt even pull permits yet . Requested deposit monies back and still have not received a response or any monies back- will be taking them to court. They do not have the crap together. " Ed" the son of the owner is a schmoozer he doesnt know anything about pools, he always has to get back to you ( in which he never does). And the daughter Melanie is no help at all and very unprofessional. I feel bad for anyone that is in the process with them right now. This company does not have there own inhouse engineer and they advise you to use Robert Burdicks office in which they are just as bad as the pool company, kept telling me my plans would be done and they never were . Do not use them unless you want a nightmare on your hands. As you can see from all the online reviews it looks like alot of people have problems with them.
