Most companies have someone answering phone calls. It is rare, however, that a company has one of the owners, Damien, respond to customersâ phone calls every time. This is what separates the Watts Good Electric company from its competitors. And this is just the beginning. Damien always answered in a polite, professional, and patient manner. Damien also emailed the initial job proposal immediately. And when I requested changes, he undated the initial proposal and emailed it to me immediately. Damien addressed all of my concerns and asked me to call him if I had any other questions and concerns. When the two technicians, Mike and Chris, came to my house, they were professional, clean, organized, and efficient. After the job was completed, Damien explained the timeline for submitting and completing the necessary paper work to schedule an inspection and obtain the permits for the job. I highly recommend Watts Good Electric.

From the start, Damien was professional and informative on the process. We installed a hot tub on the complete other side of the house from the fuse box. We live on a slab, so they ran the electric through 3 attics and down to the patio. They also installed several additional outlets for the bar and had good insight in which lines should be separate from an overload perspective. Everything was top notch and they extremely fair in the pricing, especially during a time when costs are up for all material and improvements. You canâ t go wrong with them and they will be my go to for any future projects.

I have used Watts Good Electric in the past and have always found them to be professional with great attention to detail. Their works is outstanding. The owner would come by numerous times during the day to check on the work being performed. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible!

These guys are great - had a couple of issues and they immediately helped without question; including come to change a manufacturer's defect long after the job was completed at no additional charge. I will be hiring them for any future electrical projects and recommend you do the same!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with these guys. They contacted me quickly, set up visits and timelines that they kept, stayed in communication about scheduled visits, and mostly gave me confidence in their evaluation of the work required (aluminum wiring remediation that I've feared would be a lot more expensive) and the work that they performed. They provided thorough documentation of their work and were a pleasure to work with throughout. I would gladly use them again and recommend them highly.

Hired this company after getting several prices. They provided the best price for what I needed. Having never used this company before, I was a little nervous but observed their work ethic and they were fantastic. They performed the work as though they were working on their own house. Even correcting a particular issue because they didn't like the way it looked. Used them to upgrade my electrical service and to run electric to my hot tub. I am looking to hire them for additional work in the very near future. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
