Description of Work: We really like and trusted Steve. He did good work at a good price and was reliable. Unfortunately, he was supposed to finish a job and start another; after weeks of correspondence, I was understanding, but tried calling and texting. I haven't heard from him since and now after 8 mos of waiting, the work has to be completed by someone else. We're pretty disappointed as we absolutely wouldn't have expected this. He was great up until now.
