Tony was so wonderful to work with. From the very first interaction, Tony was quick to respond and a great communicator throughout the entire process. He is neat, efficient, professional and trustworthy. He provided a fair price for the job. I enjoyed working with him so much, that I've already rehired him for another job, and plan on referring him to others looking for a reliable contractor. He will be my go to for any additional future projects.

We hired Tony to install our crown molding in our hallways, kitchen/dining room and living room. Tony was polite, informative and trustworthy. He provided samples and his recommendations. Tony did an excellent job renovating our bathroom. He removed existing tile floor and installed new subfloor, while preserving wall tile and tub. He did.a beautiful job installing new marble floor and vanity. There were several features of the bathroom that we retained, which made the job challenging. Not only is Tony a craftsman, but he is very personable, conscientious and neat. He completed the job on time and within budget. I look forward to hiring him again.

This is the third house Tony has done work for us in the past 15 years. We keep calling him because he’s that good. Tony has painted our homes, repaired sheetrock, installed cabinets, ceiling fans, electrical outlets and lighting, and is currently installing a backsplash in our newest home. He is meticulous and does the job right the first time. Tony has also saved us from making decorating mistakes……in our last house he pointed out that the paint colors we selected would not have worked well with each other and he was right. Because he does such great work, we sometimes have to wait a bit (maybe a week or two) before he can do our projects, but he is certainly worth waiting for. We find Tony to be reliable, honest and priced fairly; having all three of those qualities in one contractor is rare in our experience. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs home projects done and done right.

I called Tony several years ago about replacing a fan. Several months later he returned my call. The fan had already been replaced. The end of winter I called Tony to repair my deck, painting, etc. He came to see what was needed. I never hear from him again. I don't consider him a handyman.

We contacted Tony Le Contracting to completely remodel & reconfigure our kitchen. As you can see from the pictures TLC took the kitchen down to the studs, opened up the space between the kitchen and dining room, replaced a patio door with windows, and re-routed plumbing and electrical to accommodate the new lay out. Tony Le performs all work and is extremely clean. Every day he swept & vacuumed all debris and taped-off the space to limit dust as much as possible. He performs all work (tile, drywall, paint, electrical, cabinet installation, window & door installation, even appliance installation). The only thing he did not do was install the counter tops. Tony communicates quickly and I would often get texts with pictures of interesting issues he found since we have an older home, or for opinions. Thanks to his input we were able to open up the space between the kitchen and dining room more than we expected, which allowed us to have seating and a faux island space. We had no problem giving him a key so the work could be done without us there. I would highly recommend Tony Le Contracting.

Tony Le quoted the project, did a flawless job, and came in exactly on budget. I work from my home office, and was present for almost all of the work, and there were aspects of the job that required additional work that was not quoted on the original contract. For example, installing recessed lighting lead to repairing a few nail pops, which lead to fixing probably over 100 nail pops, (and reinforcing the repairs so the nails don't pop back through again) which lead to a complete ceiling restoration. This work was not quoted as part of the job, but when I saw Tony doing this work, I asked what he was doing and he explained it to me. When the work was complete, there was no additional bill or cost for what I think amounted to a few DAYS of extra work. Tony saw that the job required the work to make the project come out right, and did what was necessary. This type of thing happened during other phases of the job as well. Other concealed or tangential details and additional work was taken care of professionally, and as part of the project. We are beyond impressed with Tony's work, honesty, and his interest in doing the job right. So much so, in fact, that we added the other rooms adjacent to the kitchen to the project (our fireplace room, dining room, living room and hallway). Another aspect of Tony's talent that we did not think to look for in a contractor is his keen eye for design. My wife would ask me what I think about this color or that color paint, and if it compliments the tile, or grout, counter top, or furniture, and I really do not know. It all looked nice to me, but Tony Le was able to make suggestions that really made our newly renovated home unique and beautiful.

Tony has been working on various projects throughout our home for 4-5 years now - both big and small. He does excellent work. He's very precise in executing the projects he's worked on for us. He's professional, detail oriented, clean, efficient, and does what he says he's going to do. Our biggest project involved recovery from a flood that impacted 2 bedrooms, our living room, and our basement. Tony completed the work to scope and did an excellent job. He has also installed new vanities in two of our bathrooms as well as painting them and installing fixtures. He installed tile in the shower for a third bathroom. I would highly recommend Tony for any project in your home. Most important, he's trustworthy and dependable - two rare qualities with contractors in today's world.

Tony is courteous, professional, friendly, and a perfectionist, which resulted in a beautiful job. He was able to provide many helpful suggestions to us when asked, and was able to accommodate extra requests as the job progressed. Tony was even able to move his schedule around to perform the work at our house on quite short notice. We will definitely be calling Tony again and highly recommend him!

Fixed columns in front of house, painting and small demolition, does meticulous work and easy to work with

I called Tony and he agreed to come to my home the next day. That morning he called to say he was too busy. He recommended that I fix the broken cabinet myself.

Tony is the best contractor we have use so far, hands down. The quality of his work is outstanding. Tony never makes any compromise and does not leave before everything is perfect. He has been extremely patient with us - listening carefully to our thoughts, wishes and crazy ideas. Never saying 'no' and always thinking through it and coming up with very good suggestions on how to make things work. He never tried adding work where not needed. If you are looking for extremely high quality and reliable work, and for a contractor who works hard rather than talks and does a thorough job, then Tony is the man for you.

The provider came to give me an estimate.

Tony repaired walls and painted two of our rooms (walls and ceilings) and the exterior of our entrance door including the sidelights. The wall repairs were extensive due to previous water damage from a leak around our chimney, but Tony perservered and was soon able to paint. Tony works alone and did a wonderful job for us. To quote my very hard to please mate "The difference he made was amazing". Tony is quiet, neat and patient. Who could ask for more? Tony's was not the lowest estimate we had for the work, but it was a reasonable amount for the work to be done. Tony's personalized service and great demeanor added to our satisfaction with job he did. It is now 18 months later and we arestill very please with Tony's work and happy we chose him. We would (and will) definitely hire Tony again.

Tony is first rate contractor. He was easy to work with, very responsive and super professional. He provided an estimate right away, and started work within a week. He was thorough and did a super quality job. Tony could easily adjust to the inevitable unanticipated problems that any old house can present during a major renovation. What's more, Tony provided advice and feedback in areas that the average homeowner may not necessarily be familiar with. On more than one occassion, he steered me away from what could have been a costly mistake. The idea of a major renovation can be daunting, particularly because there are so many horror stories out there. But this contractor inspired a level of confidence that allowed the experience to be stress free. That's not an easy feat when part of your home is being literally torn apart. I can wholeheartedly recommend this provider.
