What I really liked about them is, initially they educated me about the vets. They had cameras and they looked down there and they allowed me to look into my vents to see what's in there. They told me what needed to be cleaned, how they were going to clean it, they asked me exactly certain types of air pressures if I wanted it, if I didn't want it and they just gave me tips.They always give me tips on what to do. We have allergies and that's why we use them. For a lot of their customers I think they are punctual. In the beginning they were pretty punctual. But, after you get to know, people will say, "I'm going to be there," but even though you say 4 o' clock, I got pushed back. I think they are punctual. It is more me giving them leeway than it's that they really are not punctual. When I used them for the first year, they were always on time, extremely punctual. They're very professional.

They're just very reasonable. They're backed up. Usually two people come to do the service. It takes them, maybe two hours to do it. Everything is clean. I've used them for a long time. Initially, in the beginning, they were always very punctual.
