+ -1 moresame provider The installation of the new style valve was completely successful in silencing the back-flo "thump-thump" that was heard from that particular pump. A wonderful improvement! The $90.00 charge included both parts and labor.
Description of Work: Bob Installed new High-Tech back-flo silencer valve on sump pump in my crawl space. the sump pumps and french drain installation were installed 4 years earlier by this same company and technician. The valve installed today was unavailable until just recently,

+ -1 moreThis is a father/son team and they are really knowledgeable. We used them twice, once in 2012 and again this year in 2014. The job in 2012 was quite involved and required several different things to be done to our crawl space which had flooded. They spent a good deal of time discussing different options with us and even gave us 3 different potential solutions. They were punctual, responsive, professional, and offer competitive prices. More recently, we had a old sump pump fail and they came out right away to replace it. I use contractors quite a bit, both as a home owner and for property I rent, and it is rare to find a really great group or company. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
Description of Work: In 2014- replaced sump pump in 2012- Installed sump pump in concrete basement, installed a french drain in concrete floor, added a drain mat and pressured washed the walls
