They scheduled the work on short notice and came on time. They did the work to my satisfaction and even did a couple of extra jobs at no additional cost. Furthermore, they have taken all the old doors to make my life easier. Beautiful three Larrys came and did the job in a smiling manner. I recommend them highly.

Did not show up I still need a carpenter. I was called few weeks ago informed them no show. I was told Angie would return call. No call??

He called me and told me he was having trouble finding my house. I live on a barrier island. There is one main road in/out of town. I live on that road. I confirmed my address. He called again to tell me he was on my side porch. I told him that would be almost impossible, as I have summer porch furniture stored on my side porch and you can't get through it. He insisted that he was at my address. I walked all around my house and he wasn't here. I told him that I would walk around the house to see if I could see him. Turns out, he was on an adjacent street. By the time he got here, he had a big attitude. I showed him the door that was broken into and told him what the police had told me about the door being secure. He started to argue with me about what the police said and how it didn't make any sense. It turned into another argument. I finally told him that I could never work with him and asked him to leave. He was the rudest, most obnoxious service provider I have ever worked with. It was like he was looking for a fight. I have lived in this house for 25 years and I know my address. It's not on a back road, it's on the main road in town. And he kept insisting that I was wrong. If you're looking for a fight with a guy with an attitude, Larry is your man.

I couldn't be happier with Larry's responsiveness and getting a quality job completed as promised, the day before the nor'easter that is hitting us as I'm writing this review. Also evident was Larry's pride in his work. The problem was caused by the use of screws which were too short in the fascia board during the initial construction of the house. The job took the better part of Friday, October 26.

Great - completed repair and made recommendations on maintenance until the roof needs to be replaced in a few years.

Appointment made for June 14 to give free est. never showed nor did he call to cancel appointment.

I highly recommend Shore Point Carpentry if you want superior customer service at a fair price. He went over and above to make sure I was satisfied with his work, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Thank you, Larry, for a job well done.

Exellent, on time and repaired quickly

Difficult job as screws were all rusty, some broken. All were replaced and rails are now secure. Anthony and his men did a very good job.

I called Larry about 7:30 AM, asking to have repair done that day. He said would be at house between 10 AM and noon. He arrived on time. After examination, he said he could do job between 4 and 5 PM that day. I said OK. He returned on-time with two workers, and they did the job. It appears to be a job well done.

Larry was great. He responded to my request quickly and scheduled to come out 2 days later for an estimate. He provided us with a great option to get our patio slider door fixed (we had shattered glass) and the price quoted was very fair.

The roof work took about a day to complete. They even cut up the tree limb that fell. The window replacement was a quick job and looks great.

His work and his sub contractors were outstanding.

Horrible is an understatement. The fact that this company has an "A" rating on Angie's List makes me want to cancel my membership.

After contacting them to come see the damage, they responded quickly to look at the damage and gave me a quote that evening. They are very busy, so I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked but that's the price of quality. Once they arrived, the work was done professionally and quickly. They even made some other quick repairs that were not noted initially.

Shore Points Carpentry promptly responded to my request for roof repair estimate. They did a thorough review and gave me an honest assessment that any repair was likely not needed and I would not be well served by paying for it. Very honest and gave me a good sense of confidence in Larry and the company.
