+ -1 moreSplendid!! The job was begun as scheduled; we ran a little bit over target completion due to back order of the toilet from Kohler. The estimate was mostly on-target; there was approximately $3000 of add-on work (my doing, not Kevin's), so we ran a little over our original estimate of approx $24,5000. I'm VERY pleased with the results, especially since I'm a stickler for detail. Everything - the tile, fixtures, painting, doors, finish/trim work - was done professionally and timely. ASK FOR STEVE! He was our project manager and absolutely wonderful - he doesn't do it unless it's done right and if he doesn't get it right the first time, he'll do it again until he does! Very pleasant to work with, very open to what the customer wants in their home. I'm VERY picky. So is Steve - that's why it all worked out so well!
Description of Work: Complete gutting and renovation of 2 bathrooms (master and hallway), installation of bifold closet doors and bedroom entry doors, installation of crown mouldings and chair rail, installation of attic stairs in upstairs hallway.
