RICHARD KRAMER CUSTOM TILE

I can't recommend Rich highly enough! He first performed work for my mom in 1997 (he did 2 of her bathrooms), and she was so happy with his work that when I was looking for someone to re-do my bathroom, she immediately recommended him. We are thrilled with his work. He first brought us samples of tile that we might like, we decided on the tile layout that we wanted in the shower, and he got to work. He even put in custom shelving in the shower so we no longer needed to use any kind of removable rack for shampoo and soap. He had to gut the entire shower area because it was falling apart, we needed a new bathtub, and when he removed the window to replace it (it was very old), he discovered a lot of rotted wood that needed to be replaced. His work was impeccable and his price was fair. Our shower is now VERY waterproofed and we no longer have any issues with water leaking into the basement (which we did when we had our old shower). When we had a warranty issue with our tub faucet, he stopped by to give us some guidance on what to do. We since have recommended him to my in-laws and they were happy with the tiling work he did as well. I enjoy my shower every day and highly recommend Rich!! He's an honest person who does top quality work.
