faucet was replaced they did great work at a great price

Initial evaluation indicated that there were single valve trim plates that were designed to cover the two holes in old showers. (Why didn't other plumbers know about these?) After searching for specfic trim plates we found one that was a large ellipse that could cover the long rectangles if positioned properly. This was done by dropping the level of valve to the midpoint of the rectangular cuts. The result is terrific. Here is somebody who can look at a problem and not only devise a solution, but execute that solution to perfection. Note: The cost below is only for the labor as I obtained the parts separately.

I think that this was service "above and beyond" what one would expect from a vendor doing business with us for the first time. It was simply outstanding.

Paul returned my initial phone call promptly and we set up a date and time for him to look at the problem and provide an estimate. He called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He quickly provided an estimate. I called him a few days later and we scheduled a time for him to do the work. I eventually had to reschedule the work and he was very accommodating. When it came time to do the work, he called me to let me know he was on his way. It wasn't an easy repair but Paul figured out the best way to handle it and he did an excellent job. To summarize, Paul is punctual, provides fair pricing, is friendly, personable, and extremely skilled. I highly recommend Paul and will definitely call him for any plumbing work.

Fixed! Had kitty litter in shower drain and as it was the clumping type, I didn't want to turn on the water otherwise it may have expanded and caused a bigger problem. They were very nice, professional and on time. Would use them again.

Paul responded quickly to my call on a Friday night and showed up promptly Sat morning. Upon inspection, it was determined that my 4 year old water heater was defective. Paul contacted the manufacturer and we received a new water heater under the warranty. We only had to pay for labor which kind of stunk but wasn't Paul's fault and better then paying for a whole new water heater.

After purchasing an Angies List deal on plumbing services from another provider I was stood up on our scheduled appt. When they finally called to reschedule they couldn't fit me in for another week. I called up Proficient and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. Paul called me multiple times to keep me up to date on his arrival time. He completed the job without issue. Right after he left I noticed that I had water dripping from the newly installed valve. I called Paul back and told him what was happening. He came right back and it was determined that it wasn't the new valve but my old water supply hose that was leaking from above the new valve. I had a spare hose and Paul quickly replaced it and verified that the dripping had stopped. Would definitely use again!!

My wife and I called Proficient Plumbing and Heating on a Sunday, and Paul returned our call on Monday morning. Paul quoted us what we thought was a fair price for the job, so we decided to go ahead and set up the appointment. Paul set up an appointment for a time that was convenient for us, and he and his assistant, Sean, arrived right on time. They were both very professional and courteous, and they even put shoe covers over their shoes to protect our carpets. We showed them to the bathroom, and they got right to work. Paul was able to remove the stuck cartridge rather quickly, and he replaced it with the new one and reassembled the faucet. Sean proceeded to caulk around the faceplate and the spout, where the caulking had become loose. Both Paul and Sean were very neat, and they cleaned up nicely when the job was done. Paul even spent an extra few minutes with us to answer a question we had about possibly changing the faucets in our laundry room in the future. They were done in about 45 minutes, and they did a great job!

Paul was right on time and very professional. Work was done in a timely manner, price was reasonable, gave me instructions on how the existing HWH timer works and he threw in a free valve part for the HWH.

It couldn't have gone smoother. We called on a Monday and he came on a Wednesday right on time. He quoted the price in advance so I knew how much money to have on hand. The price he charged was the same as the price he quoted. He arrived on time, looked at the job, brought inn his tools, installed the toilet, carried out the old one and put it in his truck, cleaned everything up and was gone. All this within an hour. I would definitely all him for any plumbing job we needed done and recommend him to our family and friends.

a little bit of a problem with response due to some type of issue with their equipment but they were friendly and professional and there haven't been any followup problems .
