Paul, the owner of Proficient Heating and Plumbing, along with one of his plumbers came out and replaced all the leaking tubing in the pit. This was extremely difficult since the pit was only 18 inches in diameter and the pit was 4 feet deep. Paul's assistant and I had to hold Pau'ls legs while he descended head first into the pit to cut tubing and install fittings and new tubing. No other plumbers that I contacted would do this job. I tip my hat to Paul for undertaking and completing a very difficult job.

I want to thank the owner Paul for a job well done. They came on time and spent several hours clearing a clogged secondary drain pipe. I also had a defective cold water valve replace for my washer. I highly recommend this company and would user them again.

Paul (the owner) is over the top customer friendly, kept us informed as to time of arrival (due to an unexpected delay) and very efficient and neat on the job. I definitely recommend him and will hire him in the future. I had difficulty finding a plumber of this caliber in the Ocean County area but thanks to Angie's List the problem was resolved.

Paul came out with a crew member. He inspected faucets. 1 need repair the other replaced. Based on estimate I gave the ok. Both were very professional and genuinely nice people. Work was excellent.

I had a great experience with this company. They came out to my house and not only replaced the pipe that was cracked, provided recommendations to prevent this from happening again and also recommended a different valve that has a bleeder on it so that we can drain the pipe that wasy as well. They had the valve with them so they were able to complete the job in 1 visit. Very nice people and I would definitely call them back for any future plumbing needs.

tried to snake it out at first. galvanized pipe was jammed solid. had to have section of pipe cut out and replaced. Also made gas connection on new dryer installation.

Paul was on time as a matter fact early which was great. He came in saw what had to be done and said it was more work then the estimate he gave me in email. To his credit said he was standing by his estimate and did the work. Paul and his worker did a great job and hiring again and is coming to put in a water line to my fridge and again great price.

Excellent Paul is the best !!! I recently purchased a new home and Paul came to my home to give me an estimate on the first call and also checked my two bathroom sinks. He is very courteous, professional and gives excellent fair prices. Last week I called Paul back due to a slow drain in bathroom and needed a fixture fixed in my 1/2 bath which was loose. Also had a clanging noise when washer turns on with pipes turns out that just needed some straps to fix the pipe clanging in the basement, which he actually did as courtesy . I appreciated it that so much he is honest and his assistant very nice as well. I don't hear any banging on the pipes anymore. My drain is running swift and fast and fixture in 1/2 bath is perfect. Paul is our family plumber now! Excellent service, honest, professional .
