Very good. Paul called me back right away and was very personable on the phone. He fit me in to his schedule. José arrived on time. He did the work quickly and professionally at a fair price and made some recommendations as well. Will definitely use again.

All went very well. They came as scheduled, completed the work as expected, and left the area neat. Paul addressed my concerns and answered my questions. They needed to replace the 3" pipe with a 4" pipe and considered access to the surrounding shelves when placing the new pipe.

Paul and his crew are simply the best! The work they have done for us was not so simple yet they were patient enough and did the work with extra care and not to mention was done professionally from start to finish. The work entailed running a new gas line to convert range/laundry dryer and pool from electric to gas. Paul was on top of his communication with me either via email using Angie's list site or mobile. I have already recommended this company to my close friends but felt the need to write this review for others as well.

Excellent service. Mechanics were able to come two days earlier than originally scheduled. Great! As I had no household water due to leakage.

The gentleman from Proficient Plumbing was on time, courteous and, most importantly, effective. He replaced the rod with a new one and we agreed to do a chlorine test to first clean the system of sulphur. It all went perfectly. I was very impressed.

Was contacted by Paul who was polite and helpful. However, our plumber returned from vacation and he was able to fix the problem.

This service company gets my highest marks. We were facing a nightmarish situation--20 gallons of water per hour leaking from plumbing hidden in our concrete slab. The first company I called wanted to charge us up to $5,000 to find and fix the leak. I then called Paul and he was the consummate professional, first referring us to a leak detection company that handled the job for half the price of the first company. He then came in and fixed the problem over a couple of days by diverting the pipes, at a fraction of the cost quoted by the first company. Can't say enough about the great service.

Paul did a great job, as usual. I had an outdoor water faucet that's been steadily losing water pressure, to the point that it was mostly unusable. The problem was a clogged galvanized section of pipe, which he replaced with proper copper piping. He also found a small leak that I didn't even know about in the basement pipes. He replaced a crazy looking shower arm/head with something that now looks like it was installed by a professional. He checked the bathroom and kitchen sinks for any leaks and replaced a jiggling handle on a toilet that was causing it to run after flushing. If you're looking for a great plumber, look no further. Paul is honest, has very reasonable prices, he's very responsive, and he's truly a pleasure to deal with.

They were there as promised, replaced pipes and snaked existing pipes to resolve the issue. This was done promptly and efficiently. I could not have been more pleased and would be happy to recommend them to anyone needing a plumber and would not hesitate to contact them if I needed assistance in the future.

The job went quite well. Paul (Roman and Mike) were the only plumbers to take on this task. Other plumbers would not consider approaching such a project. Overall the job went well.

He unclogged a bathroom sink and put a new faucet in a kitchen sink. When I called him he answered the phone , came to my house on the date and time he said he would . He gave me a price for labor and parts before he began and finished promptly . He is neat and organized . I have been using his plumbing services for the last several years and I would highly recommend him.

Went well. Paul found a mess of bad plumbing work done by previous owner. He was able to quickly get 2 of the 3 issues resolved. What impressed me about Paul was rather than slapping on a temporary fix to resolve the 3rd problem he came out and said we need to have shower reinstalled. He could have squeezed out a few more bucks from us but instead gave advise that will be better in the long run. Will be calling him in the future

Went great! Paul called me back within the same day I left the message, and was here two days later (since it wasn't urgent). He quickly figured out the reason that I didn't get water pressure back after we turned the water back on, and also assessed what was needed to fix a couple of problems I was having with two of the toilets. He was here probably an hour. This was the first time Paul has done any work here, and I've now stored his number in my phone - from now on, this is who we call!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Punctual, professional, respectful of me and my property are all what describe them. I took a handful of business cards to give out and have given one to my son who needs a good plumber. Use this company, you will be very pleased!
