Paul made a good and fair assessment of the problem. Knows what to do to repair, but didn't have parts on truck. Scheduled a re-visit, but I had to postpone to due hospitalization.

Paul and his assistant did a great. Moving the 75 gallon water heaters to and from the basement was tough work. The installation went smoothly and Paul took care of the permit paperwork. The permit inspection passed without any issues.

It went quite well. Paul was punctual, efficient and professional. He also fixed the vent from my clothes dryer at no cost.. His assistant was also extremely professional.

The service from Paul was great! My husband and I have busy schedules, so it took a few days to work out an appointment time. Paul was flexible and always returned my calls regarding a meeting time. When the day came for my appointment, Paul was punctual and came prepared. He had all the parts that were needed, so I did not have to make a run to hardware store to try and figure out what to buy. Paul got right to work and finished the job pretty quickly. We are very pleased to now have a working sink and will definitely call Paul again if we have another plumbing issue.

Very well. Paul from Proficient Plumbing kept me informed of when he would be coming and did come within that timeframe. Made repairs quickly and neatly. Replaced basket in drain and brass pipe connector. Year's warranty on work.

Replaced two cheap valves that only tapped the cold water pipe with permanent valves.

He searched for leak and determined the leak was actually coming from the shower pan. In the search he found another problem he brought o my attention. The trap under the shower pan was building up a cluster/bump of rust between the pan and pipe. He repaired it and did not charge me for uncovering my source of the leak. The space between the ceiling and second floor was very tight and he had to create workarounds and create clearing for new parts to fit. He spent extra time to get things to fit right, but kept to the estimate. He does clean work. Protects the area under the repair and cleans up after himself.

Did great work. Spent several hours on site to complete prearranged tasks and some additional ones that we thought of. Left work areas clean.

Fast response in providing me with quote estimates for work as well as any questions I had. Job was done in two pieces and they were on time for each. Pricing was inline with quotes and job was done professionally and without issue. I would use Proficient again for any plumbing work and would recommend them.

I highly recommend this company!! We efficient, professional, and reliable. They called me prior to my appointment and the morning of to confirm. They knew exactly what they were doing. They had to cut into my shower tiles for the rainfall shower installation which was done to perfection. They also took out all of my things from under the kitchen sink prior to the water facet and soap dispenser installation and put everything back neatly, and even filled my newly installed soak dispenser. The pricing was great too!! They charged me exactly what was told to me prior to the job.

Paul's team did a great job. I explained the scope, they walked me through the specifics required and made some recommendations (which I appreciated), quoted a fair price and got straight to work. They worked fast and efficiently, double checked every connection and cleaned up behind themselves. No complaints, will definitely hire them again.
