Description of Work: Came to assess an 22-year old 2nd floor toilet which had overflowed. They tried scrubbing and scraping to remove mineral deposits and a clog. They were successful in a second bathroom which wasn't even on the original request. That's how nice and thorough these guys are. They came in and immediately put on covers for their boots. Unfortunately the problem toilet needs to be replaced as we had suspected. We will definitely use them to replace the toilet but we are waiting to save enough so that we can replace the tile and vanity at the same time. These guys are courteous, clean, knowledgeable and cost-concerned. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: I had burst pipes in my garage and a broken outdoor shower and faucet outdoors. He fixed everything quickly and even went to home depot to get an inexpensive piece for the showerhead. Definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: Sign up for a $49 service special. He drained the hot water heater to clean it out and checked the toilets for excess water use due to the tank seal not being tight.

Description of Work: They emptied our hot water heater and checked to see how it was holding up. Then they refilled it and checked the water pressure in all faucets, tubs, and showers. They were incredibly neat given that there was a great chance of water escaping, but they knew what they were doing.

Description of Work: Paul was very helpful. He quickly got back to me after my initial call. He arrived on time for the estimate. He fixed a few simple things while reviewing the major problems. Work was performed as stated. Hopefully I do not need his services soon, but if anything does go wrong I will definitely call upon Proficient again.
