Installation of Pool- Excellent Installing a pool can be done fast or be done right. The team at Paradise did a great job of installing the pool and suggested ample time for settling prior to finishing the decking. This was well worth it as we do not have any areas that are sinking and teh pool along with teh deck are holding up great.

Dealing with Steve was great. He offered his opinion but was never intimidating. We chose what we wanted and the install went off without a hitch. We have had our pool for a full year and are enjoying every bit of it.

I have never had an issue with Paradise Pools & Spas. Since my very first interaction with this company in February of 2015 when I contracted them to build an in-ground pool; I have never had an issue. The owner Steve and all of his employees are excellent. I continue to use them for all my water samples, chemicals, openings and closings. I would highly recommend this company. Very reputable.

The timing of the decision to go for an inground pool is relevant to the outcomes, usability, and cost of the overall of the inground pool. Winter is the great time to talk to a pool builder and start the appointment and determine the specifics of the pool location and construction process. Paradise pool's excellent customer service is the reason we decided and chose Paradise pool as our pool builder. Steve, the owner, and the primary project manager is knowledgeable, experienced and will listen to his customers' need and expectations. The Little Egg Harbor Township construction permit took four weeks for approval. The pool location, size, depth, shape, equipment and total cost were crucial in determining the Dream pool backyard. The location and depth of the pool are the two critical factors that are invaluable for years of enjoyment. The communication and relationship between the pool owner and the pool builder are the keys to a successful trouble-free pool. The pool contract was signed and has three days cooldown period. The construction started on the day of excavation after the township construction permit was approved within four weeks of submission by Paradise pool. I strongly suggest initiating the township permit application early January and February. Around early April, excavation starts and around 6-8 weeks the completed finished pool is ready for summer. The Paradise Pool was knowledgeable and experienced in every step of the construction process. Each phase of construction was done completely and professionally. Thanks Steve for the wonderful family enjoyment summer and our son’s 7th memorable birthday party.

In 2013 we hired Steve from Paradise pools and spas NJ whom failed to honor the contract. They were paid as per the contract. The company was unprofessional, they would send day laborers with no experience to install our pool. Once Steve from Paradise pool and spas NJ from brick, NJ saw that he was over his head he abandon the project. They would also take the material that we paid for and use it to complete other pool projects. In June 2014, I went to the BBB to file a complaint finding out that Paradise pool is not even a member of the BBB. MY complaint was then sent to Consumer fraud and it was determine on AUG 28 2015 that Steve had to pay us $7500 because Paradise pool and spas had no intention in completing our pool. They were paid tens of thousands of dollars and did not complete the job. We are now in February 2016 and Steve at Paradise Pool and Spas NJ did not pay us yet. My advise is unless you wish to end up like us with a unfinished project, I strongly suggests to go somewhere else. My 4 children and I are very sadden with the incomplete pool. They made a lot of verbal promises and in writing too and failed to keep any of those promises that were paid for. It's is very hard to find a company to continue with this project with so many faults with the pool. 3 yrs later and no CO of completion of the pool. I could not sell my home if we wanted to. Their is no honor with this company they only show up on time to collect MONEY otherwise they come when they feel like it or not at all. It was very hard to reach Steve the owner to address our concerns. He was never on the job as promised.
