 + 1 moreOur railing was coming loose and he found that our foundation was sinking. The home was built on 1914. He caught something I wouldn't have known we had a problem with. It was very clean. He took a wall down in my house, there was plaster and dust but he left it perfect. He cleaned up beautifully. He's prompt, comes when he says he's going to come and gives you a written estimate that you can count on. I plan to call him for more work. I wasn't expecting the expense so he worked out a payment plan with me. Terrific. He was recommended by a friend.
