Description of Work: I called them numerous amount of times because the receptionist told me that a mason would contact me to make an appointment and he never did. Very disatified with communication skills so K decided to use someone else.

+ -1 moreJosantos was initially hired to do a few jobs such as installing a flitch plate to support my house, and some of the basic tile work. However, I quickly learned that they were able to do many of the other jobs required and were subsequently hired to complete kitchen, bathrooms and many other of the interior work. My wife and I were extremely happy with all jobs completed. We are planning on buying a rental and will be doing a full renovation and hope to use Josantos for the job.
Description of Work: My house was a 1 level ranch that was completely renovated and upgraded with the addition of a second level. Josantos first installed a flitchplate for the first level of the house and included extra support on exterior walls. I was grateful that they were extremely thorough and knowledgeable in reading my architects plans and having a professional and polite demeanor from start to finish. Paul Santos also did many of the additional jobs such as installing kitchen and bathrooms, tile and pavers and various other jobs. I was grateful that Paul would provide ideas and alternatives as we went along, from his years of experience.
