I am tremendously impressed by, and grateful for, John Baum's professionalism. I've had many different "pool guys" in the past, and now I'll never use anyone else again. John quickly responded to my service request, spent 20 minutes on the phone discovering and understanding my needs in detail, then on the day of my pool opening he and his assistant showed up on time, did a complete job, answered every possible question I could ask, and then CAME OVER THE NEXT DAY to see whether my pool was cleaning properly and to ask if I had any additional questions. - As a busy attorney, I especially appreciate that John B. responded to each of my text messages and didn't leave me waiting, guessing, and frustrated (as so many other pool/repair/contractor guys do.). He's former Army and is diligent, efficient, and detail-oriented, which are EXACTLY what I need in any contractor at my house. My experience with John the Pool Guys was way more than I expected. My pool opened swamp green and needed a SERIOUS cleaning. John and his co-worker were extremely comfortable to speak with and very knowledgeable and professional. They did an awesome job, explained how the chemicals effect the pool water and told me to call back if the pool didnâ t start to clear. I am extremely satisfied with this company and plan on using them for all my pool needs!
