I was building my own computer and ran across unusual problems. ICCI took all the parts, tested them, informed me which were not working and conferred with me on how to proceed. They also advised me on what parts were most reliable. They then build the computer for me and tested it for a more than reasonable price. The assembly was done very well with tight wire management and leaving access for future upgrades. I was also told that when I want to upgrade or build another computer, I can call them to get advice on parts even if I do not use them to build it. I am thrilled with the work done. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a Macintosh computer from them. They claimed that when it came in to them they would transfer all of my files and make a back up for me when I brought in my old one. I thought that the charge was fifty dollars an hour when it was really one hundred and fifty dollars an hour, so after going back and forth with them for two weeks they finally delivered and set up my new computer and he printed out the bill for the service of almost thirty two hundred dollars which I was not prepared for. I was completely shocked because they did not clarify the price. They have done the same service for me in the past and it has never taken as long or been so expensive. When I saw the bill and was shocked the guy told me that I would either give him some form of payment or he would call the police. I was forced to use them again to repair a new printer. He was only supposed to be out for about an hour and he was out for about four hours, because when they set up the new computer they did everything so tightly that when he moved things everything was coming unplugged. If you are looking into them make sure to get everything in writing beforehand. The computer is great and the price for that was okay, however it was the unbelievable service charge that just pushed me right over the edge. I would never use these rip off artists again in the future.
