Garon T Plumbing

Entire experience was overall positive. Was running late, but called me in a timely fashion to alert me of this and showed up on time for the second appointment given. Work performed was a bit of an emergency so I did not get any other quotes for a price so I am therefore unsure of how good the price was, although it did not sound unreasonable.

It want very well. I called the last minute as I had overnight guests. He came promptly and did a fine job. He was very professional. I would definitely use him again.

It all went well as usual. This is the second time I used Garon T.

We called Monday night and Garon T Plumbing & Heating LLC responded immediately. The work was scheduled for this morning and two gentlemen parked where we asked, showed up on time, introduced themselves, were cleanly groomed and professionally dressed. They evaluated all of our issues and concerns and were incredibly attentive and patient answering all of our questions .The work that was performed was efficiently completed and no debris or "plumber mess" was left for us to clean up. The estimate that was given was honored and there were no unexpected surprises. As an added bonus and something that is very telling and important to me, all five of my dogs liked both men!

The service was good and we have no complaints.

Woke up to discover water coming from soffet in kitchen, investigation (meaning cutting hole in soffet) lead to discovery of a leaking joint in hot water pipe to upstairs bathroom in a hard to reach area. Called a few plumbers, just received voice mail and no call backs after 4 hours, came to Angies List and saw the recommendations for Garon T. Called them, left a message and received a call back shortly thereafter. They were at our house within the hour and an hour after that, the pipe in the wall and upstairs bathroom was replaced and better than new. We are very happy. They were professional, courteous, on time and prepared to do the job.

The receptionist was helpful and polite. We needed someone willing to disconnect kitchen sink before installation of new countertop and under mount sink and return for reconnect in a couple of days. Tom came within the agreed upon time frame and explained everything, did what he promised and had a fair estimate. He was professional, neat and congenial. We are so happy with our new plumber!

Tom, the HVAC expert & owner,was able to repair the furnace. So many technicians, even the gas company's experts, could not repair and wanted to sell me a new furnace. I will highly recommend these guys to solve plumbing & heating problems.

I called for service. He called back but said he was busy at the time but would call me back. He never got back to me. I called him in the first place because I saw his truck in the neighborhood and I like to patronize locals listed here. I can not speak of his work product.

Good clean installation brought up to code gas water heater has been working very well

I have used him a number of times. He is very excellent. I cannot recommend them strong enough. It was about a year ago, I think. It was $150. It was about an hour. I looked them up on Angie’s list. A preferred provider, I think, it is what they called. I think, he has been out 2 or 3 times. He also looked at when we bought the house, he came out and inspected some pipes, and some of the things. He did a little bit of outside plumbing work for us. He was just recommended by and we kept using him because he was so great.

It was my opinion, following years of attempting to find the source of the problem, that we had an issue with the drainage of a washing machine. Naturally, I anticipated a major project of having to run a new/separate drain pipe for the washing machine. This would have involved extensive plumbing along with carpentry work to close up any opened walls. After a through walk through, Tom discovered that the problem was actually minor and he quickly resolved it. All the years Tom spent becoming a Master Plumber certainly paid off for me! Thanks!

It was great. They came out right after I contacted them. They did fine. They went in and worked with her. She was happy with the work.

We used them once and they did a good job. He was slightly pricy but he did a good job. He wasn't cheap but it's hard for me to evaluate that, he did a good job so I was satisfied. He actually knew what he was doing, it's the person who put in my sewer when I build this house and did some plumbing work.

It was excellent. The guy that came was wonderful, very nice. He even offered to give me a ride to the beach to check on my mother that was there and bring her water.

The two young men arrive on time and proceed to take a look at the best way to snake the pipe in my laundry room. It had started to back up the day before. They got their machine and started the process. They were very nice and told me that it would cost $225.00 dollars for this to be completed. I needed my machine and I told them okay, even though I thought that was on the high side. There were no parts to be replaced so to snake a pipe I had thought maybe $150 to !75. My daughter was upset and called the next day. The office manager was rude and said she would have the owner her husband call in the evening. He did and when my daughter told him that she had thought the price was unfair for what was done he was indignant and spoke of insurance and after all he has a business to run. He told her that perhaps I shouldn't use him again. She said that I had already made up my mind not to. I don't mind paying for a job done but I really felt I was taken advantage on this one. Consumer beware.

Job was more complicate then first anticipated.

I didn’t have any problems with the work he did. I just thought he was a little expensive.He does good work. I'm gonna use him again if he's a cheaper plumber.

Called for an estimate to hook up a gas dryer. Got a call back from the owner maybe 3 hours later. He quoted me the insane price for an easy hookup to a gas line. I had the parts. It was very straightforward repair. I had Felder Plumbing in Jackson do the work. very professional, very neat work and much less expensive.

We are very pleased with them. He is just very prompt, courteous and did a good job. I think a little bit on the prices side.

He is personable and always gives a fair price, works the time he charges for, and works efficiently and will superior expertise. There aren't many home contractors that are worthy of loyalty, like Tom Garon.

I have know Tom Garon since 1983 when he worked for another plumber during the renovation of our house. I continued to use him when he went out on his own and have never been disappointed in his work or work ethic. He has always responded to phone calls immediately, showed up when promised, done the work needed with efficiency and knowledge, protected the area that he was working on, cleaned up after the job was finished, and always gave us a fair price. Out of curiosity I checked Angie's list to see if he was on it and was very happy to see all the very deserved great reviews that he has gotten. Thank you Tommy for all the many years of great service.

We had done a remodel of a half bath and tiled the walls up five feet. When we installed the new vanity the drain and waste pipe were not aligned and moving the waste line was out because of the tile. The new vanity had a shelf, which added to the problem. Bob from Garon T plumbing came in looked at the job and let me know what options I had. He was able to workout the problem and install the drain and finish the install of the sink and vanity. Garon T Plumbing did a great job and I would use them again.

They were very professional and did an excellent work. They got it done quickly too. It was not a waste of time. They were very efficient. I could probably get the service for a cheaper price but I do not know if I could get that quality of work. They also came when they said that they would. We did call them yesterday for another work.
