Plummer's work was very detailed, provided feedback and fixed other existing problems. Feedback was very helpful and work performed was A+.

Tom was great. He and Mike arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. The most important thing was Tom was honest. I thought we had a large clog in the main line and from what I described Tom thought that too. Upon further investigation he said he didnt want me to spend a few hundred dollars for a service that didnt seem necessary since the water was flowing fine. We will definitely be using them again for future issues.

I called Garon T and Tom came out the same day to do the job. I am very pleased with the service and workmanship and would definitely use Garon T in the future for my plumbing needs.

The service went fine. He was clean and neat. He finished the job quickly and wore protective plastic on their shoes. They took off $25 for being a senior citizen.

I called Mr. Garon on Wednesday and told him the flange had cracked on the toilet when we were installing new flooring and was leaking. He called back and came the next morning. He replaced the flange and put in a new toilet. My family has used Tom Garon since he started in business and he has always done a great job.

Tom and Mike were great. Tom was going to remove the entire commode and tank bathroom system to check the seal and pipes and then reinstall and seal. I asked if they could install a Kohler new system rather than just reseal the old, as a result, we have a new higher sitting system. They professional and courteous. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of this service provided.

Project went very well. Showed up when promised. Very professional about their work and cared about your house.

Opened summer home late this year and when we turned on the water we discovered a leak in the crawlspace. Garon T Plumbing was the third call we made (others couldn't accommodate us immediately) and the receptionist said she would send someone out. Two young men (Bob and Mike, according to my receipt) arrived, located the leak and said it would cost $425 because working conditions in the crawlspace were "bad". I thought it was expensive but I needed the repair and agree the crawlspace isn't a very pleasant place to work.. Plumbing, by its nature, is rarely glamorous. Fifteen minutes later, the leak was repaired, but I was told there were two more leaks. I agreed again to have them fixed without even having a firm price. I asked jokingly if I would be able to take a vacation that year. They were very personable and friendly as I told them we had scheduled appointments with builders that weekend, and explained that I NEEDED my toilet to flush and my shower to work like anyone would. Just before I signed the credit card receipt, I thanked them and asked again if the toilet flushed and the shower worked and they looked at me, smiled and LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE.... They left our home about 6:15 on a Friday evening. Now, my bad, I didn't check the shower myself, but believed them at their word. They were very personable but I guess they had some more pressing plans for the weekend because the very next morning when I turned on the water in the tub and then switched to the shower there was this black sputter and no water just this awful rushing sound. I woke my husband and he cut out 8 tiles and confirmed water was leaking into the crawlspace. There was no way they checked the shower and it would leak the very next day, the first time I tried to use it. And the reason I agreed to whatever price they asked rather than checking around further or delaying the fix was because of our schedule. I would have given them anything remotely reasonable to stay and make repairs necessary, but I surmise they had made enough money and really just wanted to get home on a Friday evening,so too bad for us. We had to call and cancel appointments and go back home to Parsippany to shower and returned on Monday morning. I called the office on Monday a.m. and spoke to Barbara (?) and lamented how inconvenienced, frustrated, disappointed and angry we were over the whole situation. I thought they should return and fix the pipe for nothing considering the inconvenience they caused. I never heard back, so my husband went out and purchased two small lengths of pipe and soldered them together and the fix was accomplished in just under an hour. I did call the next day and was told by Barbara again that I was not being ignored and that I would hear from Tom, the owner, on Wednesday because he was out of town until then. I never received a call back and won't hold my breath waiting. Most plumbers give out their cell numbers, but you will only speak to the receptionist! Now I have to wonder how long their "fixes" will last.

The owner came out and did some repairs in my bathroom. They were on time and price was reasonable.

I used plumbing and I think that I got that off of Angie's List and it was Garon T Plumbing. He came right away and he fixed it. He was good. He wasn't terribly overpriced.

I feel that we were grossly overcharged. I found the same commode that we purchased from him $400.00 cheaper than what he charged us. I feel that I was overcharged for labor as well.

We have been using him for 15 years, and he always does a great job for us.

Tom is a great guy. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He is prompt both with returning phone calls to schedule work, and showing up on time to do the work. I was remodeling a downstairs bathroom, Tom reset a new tolette, changed pumbing to go from 2 sinks to 1 sink, put in a vessel sink and faucet and replaced part of a sewer pipe. He was meticulous. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will use him again in the future

In addition they removed my glass shower doors so that my sister may use a shower/tub chair and replaced a thermostat in the sun room. The guys were terrific, and their work splendid, I have tried other plumbing contractors, Garon T's are the best I am sorry I cannot remember their names and I am sorry it took so long to write this

This is the second time I have used Garon T Plumbing and I would again without hesitation. Both times Tom (the Owner) and his office were extremely responsive, returned phone calls the same day, and came to our house when they said they would. Sadly, that type of service has been tough to find at times in this business. Additionally, the quality of their work has been very good. He clearly takes pride in his work. They are probably not the least costly around, however, the marginal additional price you may pay is well worth it when you factor in the fact that they are responsive, perform the work when promised, and perform the work at a high quality so that you won't experience a repeat issue with the repair. I would call them again in a second for future work.

They promptly response to my request. But they never complete fixed the problem. And I called they back about the same issue. They never call me back.

Excellent!!! I did not know a home repair could be so painless. I suppose that is why we waited so long to get these things done. They were so accommodating, able to come late in the day. They came to assess the problems and were very professional and personable. They scheduled the repairs when it was convenient for us. They were pleasant on the phone, and actually called back when they said they would. They arrived right on time, got right to work and I could not believe how fast they finished. Although they finished quickly, nothing was done sloppily or slap-dash. There were two guys and they split up the work. The work was excellent. They took away all the old parts and boxes. They did not leave any mess. This was my first project from Angie's list, but it will not be my last. I hope everyone I hire through Angie's List in the future is as good as Garon T Plumbing. They were just wonderful.

I called about 8:30 Am to arrange to have a leak repaired. I explained the problem and the person on the phone asked if she could call me back because she needed to check on availability of a crew. Within 10 minutes, I had a call back stating they would be at the house about 2PM. At 12:50 PM, I received a call from the crew stating they were in the area and wanting to know if they could come to the house. They were here by 1:05, evaluated the leak , gave me a cost. They were very professional and explained the cause of the leak and what to look out for in the future. The job was completed by1:45 PM. I was very pleased with the whole process and would definitely use them again.

The service went very well. The Owner contacted me the same day I called and then offered to come out on a Saturday to see if he could help fix my issue. He and his son arrived on-time and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Honest and professional approach. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My car had to go in for repairs on Saturday due to an accident. It was a blessing in disguise because on Saturday night, since I couldn't go out, I went to the basement looking for something to do and found a large puddle of water. I saw my water heater was leaking from the top and bottom - a result of being an old heater and well water. I shut off the water to figure out what to do. I turned to Angie's List on Sunday morning and found Garon T plumbing. I contacted company on Sunday morning and spoke with the owner Tom. Though he was ready to come right out to assist, I didn't want to spoil his weekend. We scheduled an apt for first thing Monday morning and he promptly arrived before the established time. He drained the old water heater, removed it, put in the new one. Everything was done neatly and I once again have water. Thanks Tom.

WOW! I've been dealing with plumbers for 60 years. Without a doubt, Garon T is the best. Tom the owner called to make an appointment to see my problems. On the day of the appointment, he called again to confirm that he would be at my house in 15 minutes.... There he was. He provided a fair estimate and I told him to schedule the work. Tom came at the time and the day of the appointment. He had 2 men with him, Mike McCabe and Kevin Fitzgerald. Tom laid out the work and about 4 hours later Mike and Kevin were done and their work was perfect. The Plumbing Industry has risen to a new level and I can see why. Tom, Mike and Kevin are highly educated. Mike is an Engineer by education. Not only are they professionals at what they do they are well spoken, personable and courteous. I can easily see why they get all A's in the Angie List reviews and they deserve each one of them. You will NOT go wrong hiring Garon T. We called on July 4th since the drain was leaking and assumed no one would call us back since it was a holiday. Mr. Garon returned our call and we scheduled a visit for the next day, Saturday. He arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem as a broken disposal unit and replaced it with a new one. After he made certain that the new disposal was functioning properly he cleaned up the work area. We were very satisfied with his work and would use him again.

I felt he did a good job, but I feel like I was over charged 50-60%. He gave an estimate of 1000 due to 4 hours of digging that would need to be done. He had very little digging to do and was done in one hour. He then charged me 900.00. After he left, there was sand in the system and I had to change out the water meter and a toilet mechanism as well.

Went very well. They returned my original call very promptly. I would definately use them again. They were prompt, friendly, professional and fixed my problem.

No work done by this contractor. Figured out how to fix the dishwasher problem myself and hired another plumbing contractor to complete the remaining work.
