I can always count on Garon Plumbing! They are professional and always show up. All the technicians I have felt with have been very knowledgeable and done a great job.

I found Blase to be amiable, courteous, attentive and sincere when he gave me an estimate for the services needed. He took the time to explain things to me and to answer all of my questions. On the day of installation, both he and Pat treated me and my home with respect. After I had approved the work and they left, I discovered a small defect in the toilet seat. Blase came back first thing the very next morning to replace it with another new one.

Very well. The guys had to come twice that's only because the faucet needed to be replaced. I bought a new faucet that day and the next day the guys came back and installed the new faucet. The guys were friendly, polite and professional.

This the second time had work done. This was to Replace a toilet , from a leak they fixed under the tub, weakening the floor caused the problem. Called for service early in the morning. I informed Tom it was not an emergency. He told me he would try to get to me in the afternoon and if not he would call at the end of the day to schedule an appointment. I receive a call from Tom that same afternoon and the men came out gave me an estimate and did the work. They did a great job. Prompt, professional and quality work!

All work was performed on time and with quality. Each time they were more than helpful in explaining what had to be done and offering alternatives as well as suggestions for preventative measures. Always professional and responsive even on short notice.

Buyer Beware!!! I called for an estimate on two leaks. He said he could show up tomorrow to give me an estimate on the leaks. The next day his team showed up and tried to rip down my walls without an estimate. My boyfriend stopped them and said "no guys we are looking for an estimate." They called the office twice to fix the situation but the office told them since they showed up they would have to charge me $96.19. The crew refuse to leave until my boyfriend signed that they were at my house. On my lunch break at work, I called the office I got the office manager when I told her I spoke to Mr. Garon the night before and he didn't tell me about a fee and that I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't agree to. The office manager told me to find another company to do the work. Completely unprofessional! +++ Garon Company Reply The customer called us for an estimate on repairs to leaking pipes, which would have been free. However, upon getting to the jon location, the source of the leak wasn't apparent and would've required further work to diagnosis the problem. At this point, it was explained to the customer that this would require a diagnosis fee. The customer refused the work and was given a free estimate on what we thought would correct the problem in her home. At no point was this customer mislead or taken advantage of. The process was explained to her and documented. We are complete professionals every step of the way. Sadly we cannot say that for some of the people who choose our services. My Reply: Garon T Plumbing and Heating said “The customer called us for an estimate on repairs to leaking pipes, which would have been free.” This is accurate. Then Garon T. Plumbing says “However, upon getting to the jon location, the source of the leak wasn't apparent and would've required further work to diagnosis the problem.” This is inaccurate. Firstly a fee cannot be agreed on my part without me being present. The person present wasn’t even the owner of the house. Secondly, my boyfriend knew it was for only an estimate and I would not have agreed for a diagnostic fee because we already told them what the problem was and had other plumbers in looking at it. Thirdly, the phone calls were made on the way out and the team that came said "I hope the company doesn’t expect a diagnostic fee." It was at this time the Garon team called the office twice. They came back will the bill of $96.19 and said the Garon Company expects payment. I called on my lunch break spoke to the woman at the front desk and she gave me to office manager. I told her I am not paying for something I was not informed about and did not authorize. She said fine and told me to go to another company. Now they are calling me for my credit card because they want me to pay the $96.19 that I did not authorize and they said it was ok that I didn’t pay. Clearly, there was an office mix up in this situation, offices mistakes happen all the time. They need to let it go and stop harassing me for money that I do not owe them. I am sure for other people they provide excellent work. In this situation it was not a good interaction. Let’s be mature about this situation and please let it go. Thank you.

Tom and his crew arrived on time and installed the new water heater and took away the old one. Work was completed in about two hours. I have used Garton T many times for plumbing issues in the past and their work has alway been great.

I always use them. They're extremely reliable. They come, they do the job and they do it well.

I had a problem and he came here and fixed it. I called him, he came, and he did the work. For quality, so far so good. He came when he said. He was professional, friendly, and nice. I didn't have a problem with him. I am planning on calling him again when I get my kitchen done.

I called at around 12 noon and was told to expect an arrival of between 3-5PM. Arrival was at 3:10, on the very early side of the estimate. The problem was quickly diagnosed and all repairs were completed within and hour and twenty minutes. Repairs were explained and an estimate was given before work began. The final price was true to the estimate. The only difference from the estimate was to correct another problem found while repairing the initial issue. Before continuing with the additional work, the problem was explained and an estimate given. No high pressure or scare tactics, just logical and reasonable explanation. I would absolutely use Garon T. Plumbing & Heating again and would recommend them to friends.

I asked for a plumber recommendation on another website and receive many responses for About Garon T Plumbing & Heating. I called them that day and made an appointment for the following morning. They were prompt with calls and on time with the appointment. Mike M was knowledgeable with everything we required, and was able to make the changes we needed quickly. The price was good for the time spent and parts installed. Highly recommend by us for anyone looking for a plumber.

Received immediate response after my call, and was scheduled for the next morning. Arrived on time, and did the job efficiently. They are a bit "pricey", but worth it! When they do a job, it's done right. They installed a new cartridge knob and snaked out the tub drain.

Raining miserable day - probably not the most pleasant emergency call. Tom was very professional and got the job done.

We moved into a new house and needed some work done. Tom came to look at what we needed and fixed some of the things while he was here. He's coming back next week to finish and also noticed some other things that needed to be done to.
